Postal Locations

It is tax season right? Then why does the US Post Office at Park Road open their doors 10 minutes late, with only one customer service employee who clearly hates her job and everyone she comes in contact with. Worst customer service experience ever. None of the tables outside the doors had pens or the required documents, only the tables inside, which you can’t access until you are near the front, and then don’t have time to fill out before getting called then YELLED at for not being ready. Step aside! This is the worst run Post Office by far. How do I choose zero stars?

The level of incompetence at this office is beyond description! Aside from packages being lost here, they close on a regular basis due to staff shortages! An embarrassment to the USPS!!!!!

Without a doubt, the worst post office in the U.S. Surly staff working as slow as possible. Horrible doesn't begin to describe this pathetic excuse for a post office.

I have a problem with a package not being delivered to an address in Charlotte. I have contacted the Park Road Post Office to address this issue. Your postal worker, Jonelle Johnson has been quite helpful and friendly. I appreciate her offer to help and all of her suggestions.She is a great customer service representative.
