I mailed gift cards to my daughter on interface pl,28262 on 12/25 and they have not received. I mailed other gift cards on the same day, they did receive. What can I do.

Rube customer services....The worker in this office who called me on 12/22/2020 at 1:36pm was super rube. She had the nastiest attitude. When I asked her questions her comment was " DON'T KNOW", "EVERYONE GOT packages, you are not the only one", its in Atlanta since 12/14/2020. Asked for a number to Atlanta postal office, she told me to goggle it!

I was in Charlotte at Christmas time before leaving coming back to Virginia, I mailed approximately four gift cards to girlfriends in VA. they arrived three weeks later. Now again I mailed my tax information to my daughter in Charlotte the first of February, as of this day she had not received the forms. Unfortunately it didn’t have a trading #. I would like to locate my personal information immediately.
