Everytime our carrier is not working the business I work for doesn't receive mail. I have packages that are to be delivered today and my regular carrier is not working and the mail hasn't been delivered yet.

The people at 3717 Eastway are the most unprofessional people to be working in a public place, the carrier are no better,,, why would a carrier bring you a certified letter and not knock on rhe door to get someone to sign for it, whoever the carrier just come drop a notice in my box and leave,, now the people who work at the ups acts like you owe them something disrespectful, dont know how to hold a conversation, very unprofessional

I'm sitting here looking at two pieces of mail that belong to people a couple of streets away. In addition, I have a mailbox that has a section to put outgoing mail. I make sure it sticks out a little because I have little confidence that even if the flag is up, the mailman will check for outgoing mail. My suspicions were justified as for the past two days, the mailman is just jamming the mail into the mailbox, shoving the outgoing mail in with it. I thought this was odd the first day and tried the second day with the same results, this goes beyond ignorant. Now I have to run this bill to the post office so it gets in on time. Really need to step up the service, this is the first time I've complained and there are numerous examples that I could site, where I've just let it slip on by. Getting tired of this. I've been waiting for a package for over a week now, not sure if it was delivered to a wrong address across town.

I ordered a package from Amazon and did not have the complete address on the package. The ladies at this post office were incredibly helpful and patient, they helped me complete the address and get the package shipped out to the correct location. I really appreciated their help and patience, they are great.
