I have mailed 2 letters to an individual living in Charlotte NC zip code 28206. One unfortunately contained $50 in cash - it was never received. The second, mailed 2 weeks later, was a check for $50 which was also never received. Someone needs to investigate what is going on in the 30th Street post office. If the person forges the name on the check, I will report this to the FBI.
