I have received a letter from the Postal Service, located in Merrifield, VA. And it is in reference to my family and I, change of address (COA). We had initially filled out the form for that, so I don't understand why they need for us to initiate the option, to either going online to https://moversguide.usps.com or visit in person to a local Post Office. They also said, to let a Retail Associate, to know you would like to complete the COA In-Person proofing. I never had to do this before. Has everything changed? I would value your opinion. Thank you.

Can you please try to local this item for a customer of mine? This was "out for delivery" but required a signature from the buyer. It has not been seen since. It may be lost somewhere in the main post office in Chapel Hill. It has NOT been returned to me. I have a complaint. I was in the UPS store at 1289 Fordham Blvd. today at around 5:30. The postman from the Post Office came in for a pickup. There were three other customers in the store and at least that many employees behind the counter. All were wearing masks. The sign on the front door said than no one can enter without a mask. The postman was not wearing a mask. He entered, went behind the counter, carried on a spirited conversation with the employees present, accepted a Gatoraid offered by an employee, walked back out to leave, in the midst of a customer (me) shouted back a message to employees about the weather. Given that most people are doing their duty as citizens in wearing masks, I am dismayed that this Post Office employee is not following the Governor's orders or the Presidents message.

I deposited a small parcel in the drop-drawer in the back of the outdoor drive-thru mail box (last pickup at 5pm). The parcel did not drop into the mail box but remained stuck in the drop mechanism I was unable to free the parcel. It’s important that the parcel gets mailed. Thank you.

Dear Post Master, We don't know what has happened but we are not getting our mail until the end of the day and sometimes the next day.Can you please tell us why that is . We have mail to got out daily and now it is not going out like it should!! So then we had a Post person to come this morning @ 7 am and wait. What is that about? Please send us someone reliable to pick up and deliver our mail. Thank You!!

Dear Post master: You recently changed our regular mail carrier (Nov. 8), and ever since we have had spotty deliveries at our Plaza which has eight tenants (Mariakakis Plaza, 1322 Fordham Blvd, Chapel Hill, NC, 27514) We would get our mail one day, and then not see any mail for 1-2 days. Our businesses rely on receiving their billings and checks daily. Please investigate.
