I had two packages this week transferred to USPS from UPS that have been marked delivered and did not make it to my house or in my extra large mailbox made for receiving packages.
No mail was delivered on this route at all yesterday 9/25/21. All the neighbors flags were still up as of 2pm today 9/26/21. The Postal Carrier has been on this route for at least 3 years and still doesn't know where to deliver and never ever on a regular schedule. The P.O. never answers the phone so we can ask where our mail and pkgs are.

I never received a package from amazon prime delivered by the USPS. The tracking number is Tracking ID: 9374889685090864545374.
Did the person put the package in the wrong mail box? My mail box is not right on the street like the others are, you have to walk up the drive way to get to the mail box. Please respond. Thank you.
I subscribe to a weekly magazine, "The New Yorker". For the past two weeks I have not received my magazine. I did receive in the mail today the May 10th issue. The last one I received before today was the April 19th issue. This is not the first time that I have not received each weeks issue. I am wondering what might explain why this occurs?

Our mail delivery has been very spotty and my attempt to contact our local branch has not been successful. No one will answer. The phone will ring, a robot will answer and ask for an access code and then hang up. When our weather is bad, as toddy, we certainly do expect anyone to risk their life, but it would be good to talk with someone when there is a problem.
It has been dozens of packages over the last 6 months that arrive damaged. Yesterday the package was wide opened in front of my door, the bill inside missing. Today it was good whose package was cut with a knife as well as the food packaging making it unusable.
Other times the delivery person leaves all the mails of the entire apartment complex in my mailbox and probably expects for me to do his job?
Other times they tell you they have delivered it for two days and only once contacting Amazon, will they REALLY deliver.
What is wrong USPS? Btw my neighbors are outstanding people and will never do such immature gestures.
Is it a problem for USPS employees to do their job? There are so many unemployed people out there who would love to do their job. Can you make an inquiry please, that’s pervasive and more and more frequent.
I suspect there is some high level trafficking among some employees.
Have only been at my address for five weeks but have had quite a few pieces of mail for other addresses and outgoing mail not taken from my box. Now a package that tracking says was delivered yesterday but it wasn’t. Especially bad the last week. Is this a new carrier?
I have had two packages ordered through Amazon and sent through USPS each time they have said my front door pr driveway was inaccessible. My roommate also ordered a package due to be delivered today and she received hers. Mine is my bridesmaids dress I've been waiting on for a week due to a delay at the warehouse. The wedding is in 4 days and all it says online is that they'll try again. I called the customer support number that Amazon gave me but it was just long automated messages about Covid that wouldnt let me speak to a real person to literally just tell them to keep my package at the post office so I can pick it up.
On Saturday, Sept. 19, the Carrier stopped at neighbors mailbox 50 yds. before ours, drove right past our box with the flag UP, and stopped at the next mailbox down the road. The same mail that was NOT picked up on Saturday was also NOT picked up yesterday, Monday, September 21.
I have been calling the main number 828-264-3813 for an hour and a half and getting a busy signal.

I think the boone post office needs to get there shit together them not finding my item I bought off ebay cost me the item because the person resold it but cost me shipping cost.i buy a lot of things off ebay so in the near future please dont loss the item I buy.
