My husband and I left for vacation and didn’t know where we would land for sure (RV) When we finally found a place we called up the Oteen post office and asked for our mail to be sent. Mr. Terry went above and beyond his required duties and got it to us next day…they are a great bunch of guys there, they all go out of their way to help. Something rarely found these days!! THANKS TERRY

I have a box at the post office so USPS says they won’t deliver to my house. When I order online I don’t know how they are going to ship, USPS, UPS, FEDEX, or what. I put my P.O. Box number but if it’s a large item that won’t fit in my P.O. Box, I put my house number. The mailman complains if they send it USPS and he has to deliver it. I don’t know how to get shippers not to use USPS.

I sent an iPhone 12 back to AT&T at this Oteen post office on December 22, 2020. It is now Dec. 30. The tracking states that package was picked up by agent on Dec. 22, 2020. Nothing else. I have tried to speak with someone via the 800 # what a nightmare. So I’m out 1,000.00 bucks and can’t speak to anyone. AT&T doesn’t have the phone. USPS is terrible, gamble if you want. It could be you $1,000.00. Terrible Customer Service.

USPS apparently won't drive up my driveway to leave a parcel at my door, even though someone is at home to receive it. This is exceedingly inconvenient--someone must now drive down to the post office to pick it up, about 20 minutes each way. I don't know why they even offer to "redeliver", my front door is not going to magically transport itself to the side of the road. UPS and FedEx both deliver to the house, not sure why USPS does not.
