Reading these reviews and hoping that my package gets delivered today. I ordered two shirts from Abercrombie and Hollister and both websites say that they are scheduled to come in today. (If you click 'track my order' you can see this.) Fedex shipped them to this office and I hope that the carrier can deliver them on time. I really need what I ordered before school starts. I even paid extra to get it shipped faster. According to some these reviews, the packages that say they were scheduled to come in were never delivered.
Thank you very much to the Apex Post Office for helping with my postal box and oversize parcel concern. You accommodated my busy work schedule by not only returning my call once, but twice.
This is why I will continue to use the post office and not the "other" service out there. ;)

Apex post office is not any better than the two Cary branches. They are the rudest people ever...!! I called in regards to not receiving my mail that was sent to me over a week ago that normally takes 3-4 days coming from Buffalo and for mail that I sent from the Apex branch going to Buffalo was delivered two and a half months later. She was getting snippy with me and I told her she didn't need to me snippy. I was just calling to see if by chance they were holding it for some reason. I will go back to using UPS even though it cost a little more it is well worth it. This way I don't have to bother with rude people...!!
Mail Hold is a joke. If you can get this Apex Post Office to start a hold, you don't stand a chance on changing it. Even though the conformation email you get with the mail hold request gives you the option to modify or cancel the hold, it just won't happen. The post-people pay no attention to their email system. You'll be lucky to get your mail at the original end date.All these problems started a year or two ago. Before then, my mail was handled very well, and I always tipped my carrier at Christmas time. Now days, not a chance of that with this carrier (different person).
One employee at the counter (facing the counter, first to the left) is sooo unprofessional and Rude...every time I come to the counter she yells her way of talking) at other customers, chewing something...
tracking system shows delivered 3:33 pm on Saturday. Ha! I was home and it was not in my box. Gave it another day (Monday), still nothing. This is why I normally don't by from sellers who ship US Postal. It's not rocket science . . .it's not even skilled labor, people.
Marked as delivered...been here at home all day, and nothing. So frustrating. If it's going to be later than what was promised can't you at least be honest so I'm not wasting so much time trying to figure out where the package could have been "delivered"???
The phone at this office has been off the hook all day every time I call, A package i was expecting was marked as delivered in my mailbox and its not there. Why would it be marked as delievered and not delivered
SAME! I am missing a package right now that was passed off by FedEX to this office and never delivered correctly. Marked Delivered on tracking number but really I was given a 'Sorry we missed you!" note and told it was at post office - went there to pick up - no record of package! It was $120 - 4 pairs of shoes! Now what???
