seems to me this all began when dejoy(less) was given a critical position. He's done a super job destroying the competition for his business(which is also mail delivery, not usps, though)

For the fourth time in two years, our packages have been delivered to the wrong address and the people keep opening them. One, tracked by your GPS to their address, was never returned. I have left messages, completed the online steps...it would be great to have a local USPS person to speak with and resolve this continuing issue. I do believe that opening another person's mail is a felony, is it not? Please speak to whomever bundles the mail to look carefully at the house numbers.......

It’s been over a week since a package I sent was returned to the Missoula post office, I’ve called and appeared in person multiple times to retrieve said package. Not one person has given me a proper answer to where it’s at? So far I’m losing money by not only losing product, but returning the customers payment and not resending the items in a timely manner:

Waiting for a package. It was doing fine until it got to Missoula. It's been sitting ar the "distribution center" for 9 days. Hilarious, I guess. I filed a claim with the shipper. They said sometimes that's the only way to wake the postal service out of their stupor. Embarrassing.

I’m not getting my outgoing mail picked up. I’ve had mail in my box since Monday, with the flag up, no pick up.

Often our mail carrier skips our condo building. Today 2 of us had mail to go out but no one ever came by. This has happened several times and when I asked the carrier he got defensive and said he always picks up outgoing mail.

How is it possible that my Amazon shipment with 2 items in it arrived (1) in my mailbox in separate pieces NO ADDRESS on either piece? (2) one piece was too big to get out of the FRONT of the mailbox that we access (this has happened TWICE now.) Whoever is delivering in Linda Vista is opening mail!

I haven't had delivery( or pick up mail to go out) service for the past two days. This is often the case on Saturday, but not usually during the week. Hoping he decides to stop by today...

I'm being harassed by local po workers. They keep removing my stamps and the returning my mail postage due. I had to tape my postage on to prevent them from removing my postage and now they returned them claiming taped on postage is no good. I've already wasted 4 stamps on each envelope and they still haven't delivered my mail. They've stolen/removed postage on at least a dozen pieces of mail already. This continued theft and harassment can't keep happening. I've reported it and made complaints, but I'm ignored and she keeps hanging up on me. I still haven't had anyone respond to any of my complaints I've filed.

I'm going to vent for a minute. Amazon delivers via the USPS and UPS and it was just my bad luck that USPS tried to delivery something to the office on the Friday after the 4th of July. I left at 2pm and they still hadn't arrived but didn't sweat it as I assumed they would try on the next business day. Nope. UPS would have automatically delivered the next business day but USPS? Nope. Now I'm caught in a web of hell trying to get my damn package redelivered. The online form said it could be rescheduled for delivery in 2 weeks - 2 WEEKS!!! AND I can't get through to the local post office because it's an hour wait on the phone just to see if I can pick up the package.1 HOUR WAIT!!! So I'll wander over after work (thank God I work close so I can get there before they close) and hope and pray the damn package is there and I can just pick it up. I sure wish Amazon would just use UPS for all their deliveries and hey Trump NO Bezos isn't getting some special deal working with the USPS. When you add up the hassle of dealing with them no one is getting any special deal with the USPS.

I've had issues with the postal delivery employees since I moved into my apartment in January 2018. I've received mail addressed to someone who no longer lives at my address, and it was subsequently crumpled up and shoved back into my mailbox after I wrote "return to sender" on the envelope. I've also had mail addressed to the previous renter "or current resident" which I have attempted to return to sender (as it is unsolicited mail); the delivery employee simply highlighted the words "or current resident" and placed the article back into my mailbox. In an attempt to avoid any more "confusion," I placed an index card inside the box with my name on it to ensure the correct mail was being placed in my box. I have no proof, as I am not home when the mail is delivered, but I suspect I have received parcels late out of spite; this is supported by the fact that I continue to receive unsolicited mail, receive mail addressed to other people in my area, and even find my mail sitting out in the snow on top of my mailbox. Furthermore, I have been approached by my neighbors because they receive my mail. In fact, I returned home to find two envelopes addressed to me which had been left out in the open weather on top of my mailbox. What's worse, one of them was a jury duty summons from the county office. Had I not received that, I might have ended up in serious legal trouble because I did not receive the notice. This is clearly a serious problem and needs to be addressed.

The Missoula Post Office hours are not conducive to the public. They are only conducive to the Post Office. The closing hours should be 6:00 pm. at all three locations in Missoula...even if you have to open at 9:00 am. Most people get off at 5:00 pm and with Missoula traffic 5:30pm does not work. I have walked into the lobby many times at 5:31 and 5:32 pm and the clerks are panting the words sorry can't help you, we have to close. I feel sorry for them. Kent location is 6:00 pm the other two locations need to be too.

On Saturday, July 28th, 2018 at approximately 10:15am, the postal worker that terrorizes the South Hills withheld my mail, along with probably half of my other neighbors because she felt that a car was in her way. She didn't have the patience to wait for a half a minute so that she could deliver our mail to us, like it is her paid duty to do so. When she was confronted, by myself, to get what is mine. She gave me attitude. Refused to give me and my neighbors our mail. And then scoffed at me when I told her she was going to have a complaint. As I went to walk back around the front of the vehicle to cross the street back to my residence, she said something. So I turned back, we locked eyes. And as I was standing mere inches fromthe front of her government issued vehicle, she took a picture of me, being as close as I was, and then gassed the vehicle at me. Thankfully one of neighbors friends had his camera pulled out, and he recorded the entire thing. I filed a complaint with the 1800 number, and was given a claim number. After that, I filed a report with the local police. Starting tomorrow, I will be taking a poll of the entire neighborhood that she should serve, but doesn't. And I will be gathering complaints. As well as signatures of frustrated citizens who have had ongoing issues with this particular woman. And that would like to see her FIRED! She is withholding mail. That is a federal offense. And if this woman does not lose her job, the video will be passed around so far and wide that people will know who she is and the kind of horrible person and employee that she is. Just from having a yardsale this weekend, I have already conversed with 6 different people. 5 of which live within 2 blocks of myself, that agree she is horrible. They've had issues with her. And when they made complaints, they were told she was their best employee. She serves the citizens. Or she should. But she doesn't. And if I didn't do my job, I would be fired.

Hi I'm just seeing your post and I and my mother as well as all of our neighbors on Bridger Court were terrorized by this delivery woman. She was removed (FINALLY!!!) and life became wonderful again! I complained and so did our neighbors and heard she couldn't be removed. But somehow the Gods heard us and finally she was gone. Thanks for helping that issue!

Why can't anyone answer the phone for a quick question! I get routed to and endless and extremely frustrating robo answering system. None of the options fit my question. I had to wait for 30 min or more. Then I found a local phone number on this website so I thought I would be able to talk to someone. I lost my place on hold to call the number and find out that it is not a working number! I am now mad and wasted 40 min. of my very busy day and I am not any closer to resolving why the post office continues to return the the bills I need to receive to pay my father's VA bills.

After trying to reach a customer service representative for 30 minutes on phone, and an additional 10 minutes trying to get my valid email of in so I could leave a message, I am leaving a review instead. The USPS is awful. I couldn't get through on phone to find out if USPS accepted refrigerated packages, and it wouldn't accept numbers starting an email as valid. You people need phased out. Bye, Bye, glad to see you go!

I'm pretty used to the post office being late with my packages. I mean, what else can one expect from this failure of a company, but now they have completely lost my package. It is nowhere to be found. I am not sure how these people can be so inept, but can we please just be rid of USPS completely? There is absolutely no reason that this sorry case of a delivery system should still be running.

No wonder these jerks are going out of business! They cannot even deliver a simple small letter envelope 80 miles north of my location without losing it for six weeks! Ridiculous! 7 out of 10 transaction I do with these clowns is messed up in one way or the other... I am going with another company, they have successfully lost my business and I am sure to let everyone I know to go with another company as well. Nice job, slackers... At what point in life did you just give up?
