Lobby no longer open 24/7. Inconvenient for those of us that have jobs when our mail is not in our Box until after 10:30 AM and Closed by the time we get off work. More than a little irritated that my Box fee has risen substantially in the last 2 years and my access to my mail has been restricted.

One of your mail workers are stealing my ipsy products. This is the second time thar the package has been opened, and three out 5 products are missing as well as the packing slip. I'm putting up a camera system. I know it's someone along the lines of handling the package delivery or sorting- because they put it in the mud room, I then opened it and the package was already opened--- no one from the street got in there- I'm getting frustrated-

We subscribe to "Daily Digest" emails showing what mail is coming and what is delivered. We expected a package on Saturday 5/14, "Daily Digest" notified it had been delivered to Parcel Locker. When we picked up the mail at our cluster box, a key was in our box for a parcel locker below. We extracted the package, took it home and opened it, only to find out it was NOT our package, but a neighbor's package of similar size and shape to ours. I took it to the neighbor's house and left it in a container they keep on the porch for packages. I am assuming the letter carrier had 2 similar packages and somehow either switched the lockers or the keys, putting our package into our neighbor's hands. It appears our neighbor is out of town since nobody answered their door either on Saturday or today. I left a note for the letter carrier at our box, but have NOT received a call, nor have we received today's mail including another package, probably medication I am expecting. Mail is usually delivered to the cluster box by 2-2:30 pm, and my last check was at 3:30, and still no call and no mail. It doesn't look as if the post person visited today. I called the main Post Office in Kalispell, MT, and the number rang off the hook. Why bother to publish a number if nobody is going to answer it? At this point, I am missing my Saturday package (to which I was looking forward) and my medication which is shown on USPS' site at scheduled for today delivery! It isn't bad enough that mail is no longer sorted in our town, but travels south (about 2 hours) to be sorted, and if the destination is 2 houses down the block from us, it has to travel another 2 hours back up here for delivery. This process takes a total of 4 days. It has gotten so that if I have a local letter, it is wiser to take it myself and drop it into the mailbox of the recipient, providing it is not a PO Box or Cluster Box to which we have no access. No wonder other services are eating the USPS' lunch!

We do several bulk mailings per year, but not quite enough to keep me current on everything. Each time I take the mailing in, I am treated very well, he is very helpful and patient. I enjoy going in there! Thanks, Jefferson!

I am very confused. The USPS seems to not deliver packages because someone is"not home." I have never had to sign for Amazon packages before! Then I schedule a redelivery and they just don't deliver it. Then, today, they failed to deliver ANOTHER package, leaving a note at 5 PM saying no one was home! I am confused. Ane I was home, by the way.

Us too! They're taking the time to leave and fill out a note when they could just leave the package at the door. What's happening? Nobody has time to go to the post office every time there's a package. And the ones I went and picked up where the size of an envelope.

We live on Tronstad Road and last year got a new mail delivery person. It’s been bad from the day she started. She’s extremely rude for starters. Continually places mail in the wrong boxes and apparently chooses to go without delivering for days at a time. Anyone else having problems with the lady delivering with the purple Jeep?

I am extremely frustrated with this post office. The mailman pepper sprayed my dog for no reason and is now refusing to deliver my mail at all. I signed a paper stating that I would keep my dog inside, yet I am still not receiving my mail or any packages. I am highly recommending that this post office hire some more professional carriers

THE CURRENT MAIL MAN FOR 515 LIBERTY ST. APT. C AREA OF KALISPELL,MT. PUTS OTHERS MAIL IN OUR BOX, AND VICE VERSA. WE ONLY HAVE 4 MAILBOXES HERE FOR THE 4 APTS. I'VE TRIED MANY TIMES TO CALL THE KALISPELL POST OFFICE TO MAKE A COMPLAINT, BUT THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE! THE MAN WHO DELIVERS HERE IS VERY LOUD AND NON STOP YAKKING ON HIS CELL PHONE AS HE'S STUFFING MAIL IN OUR BOXES, AND IN THE BOXES BEHIND US IN THE OTHER 6 APTS. I'VE SEEN HIM GET OUT OF HIS MAIL TRUCK DELIVERING PACKAGES TO SOME OF THE RESIDENTS IN THE 6 APTS. BEHIND US. HE'S ALWAYS CURSING AND YAKKING ON HIS CELL PHONE AS HE GETS OUT OF HIS VEHICLE AND DIGGING IN THE BACK TO GET THE PACKAGES OUT. THE MAIL CARRIER A WHILE BACK BEFORE THIS GUY WAS ALSO WHAKED OUT. I WATCHED HIM OPEN UP OUR MAILBOX AND I HAD 6 BILLS IN THERE TO BE PAID. HE THREW THEM IN A BOX IN HIS TRUCK AND WAS YAKKING THE WHOLE TIME ON THE CELL PHONE TOO. COME TO FIND OUT, ALL OF OUR UTILITY AND OTHER BILLS NEVER GOT PAID BECAUSE HE NEVER MAILED THEM. SO I HAD TO RUN ALL OVER KALISPELL PAYING THOSE BILLS AND EXPLAINING TO EVERYONE WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH OUR MAIL MAN HERE. (I WON'T MENTION HIS NAME). AFTER SEVERAL MONTHS OF TALKING TO THE CURRENT POST MASTER AT THAT TIME, HE FINALLY TRIED TO HELP US WITH THE PROBLEM. BUT I GUESS THE SAME GUY IS STILL MAKING DELIVERIES AROUND KALISPELL. WHO KNOWS? MOST PEOPLE TODAY DON'T CARE ABOUT ANYBODY OR ANYTHING. SO SHOULD I EXPECT ANYTHING DIFFERENT WITH THE MAIL DELIVERY GUYS? SEVERAL YEARS AGO WHEN WE MOVED TO KALISPELL, WE HAD THE NICEST MAIL MEN/WOMEN, BUT THAT SEEMS TO BE A THING OF THE PAST NOW. 7/7/20

Horrible service every time! No one EVER answers the phone. They refuse to deliver packages to my house because they say it is over 0.5 miles. It is not. It is exactly 0.5 miles. Funnily enough, they deliver to the house either side of me. Typical government run business. No one is ever accountable. There is never any one to take responsibility. No wonder they are always in financial trouble. If they were a public company they would be out of business very quickly.

Please tell the delivery person to pay better attention to the addresses they are to deliver mail to. We live at 960 RANCH LANE--people get OUR mail all the time--we get OTHER PEOPLE'S mail all the time too. How can we make this issue get better?

I received a facebook message from the folks 2 blocks away (same street number different street) to let me know that my brand new Real ID license had been delivered to their house instead of my house. Not cool, folks.

Worst post office ever. Which ever mail carrier delivers to my road on thursdays is lazy. One package got stolen because they sat it outside my mailbox because it was too big to fit, comolained to "administration" at the office and they just beat around the bush and nobody ever calls me back. Today (thurs) i checked to see if anything was delivered on my amazon account. Walked down and there was a package outside my mailbox because their too lazy to drive it down my longer driveway. Every other carrier does and they even bring my mail from my box at the same time. Very nice. But! This one person needs to be fired or be held accountable. They dont deserve a union paid job. Oh I wouldve just came in again but nobody there is helpful, and id call but what do ya know, NOBODY ever answers.

When you call the post office, a man named Floyd will probably answer the phone. Floyd has some mental issues including low IQ. He has a chronically bad disposition and terrible attitude. This is especially true if you tell him that a package was not delivered. In such a case, he is a smarta**, a jacka** (at the risk of insulting jacka**es). Anyway, I have dealt with people who have mental issues - my mother has dementia. So even though I understand, I refuse to talk to this jerk*ff ever again. Hope that he is nice to you... Just don't imply or infer that the post office made a mistake.
