I call and call, but nothing except a busy line. I have never been able to get through! What do I need to do? I am in Oregon, and I cannot finish getting my p.o.box set up because I can't get through!

I am frustrated because I am in Minnesota for the summer. We are having our mail temporarily forwarded. I had a specific question to ask either Kalispell MT post office an important question about my stimulus check. I called both offices several times ( over 10) At one office it just rang and rang. At the other it was a constant busy signal. Grrrr. So frustrating. Thanks Barb Cunningham

Me, too, Barb. I’ve tried calling and calling because packages are being delivered to my place even though I filed a “hold mail” request. No one answers the phone. It is extremely frustrating.
