Fill in carriers stepping on my retaining wall and then either step off or jump off. This must stop before someone gets hurt! I would like to speak to a carrier supervisor in my area, Main Post Office Great Falls, Mt. I also spoke with an internet agent about this same issue. AGAIN THIS MOST STOP!

5 of my letters ended up in a wrong P. O. Box. at Great Falls Main Post Office. Somebody should check on personnel routines.

I just got a package delivered to my garbage can. I really don't think that is called for. I will send the video if you want.

Last year at Christmas all my cards were returned saying unable to forward, address unknown. This is so sad, since my family has lived in these address for MORE than 10 years. Carrier numbers "Co 52 and Co 48" As you see I am very disappointed and have checked into this. Hopefully this year 2022 my cards will reach my family. You see I'm a native of Great Falls and this dearly upsets me to see how all of this has happened!!

What s going on with the mail is late.i had letter send out jan 6 2022

This morning when I went outside to get my mail, I noticed my payment envelope to Sam's Mastercard was laying in my driveway. I went down and picked it up and it was starting to rain. If I hadn't found it, I wouldn't know what happened to my payment and I'd have incurred a late charge. Pretty irresponsible mail pick up.

I was wondering where my mail was coming from the Chippewa Cree tribal office. It was mailed from your office. I never received anything I live in Seattle. It usually does not take that long for mail. Thanks

I would like to talk to someone and that seems impossible. I have a tracking number HJ518674783US - it says my package is out of Great Falls and enroute to the next facility. That was June 11 which is 18 days ago. I can only think there’s a problem and I can’t speak to anyone to find out what to do. What do I do?

My Phone is stolen this is Denise peters I have general delivery .this is my sister’s phone my phone was stolen I’m stuck in Utah the car broke down on the freeway and ambulance pulled me off and I’m sitting here I don’t know what to do about my Mailu I can just have it forwarded if you want to forward it to my sister in Arizona that’s fine just please don’t send it all back because I have a bunch of packages coming I go to a motel tomorrow and I’m gonna try to have somebody to come down to the parking lot where I’m at or where I was and look at the car I don’t know what to do I’m literally stuck in Utah I had enough money for gas that’s all I had I don’t have money for the car repair my wife has not been Kind about it at all she just left me here it’s freezing cold I am so freezing I can’t even believe it I can’t get to the motel because I don’t have a ride I’ve got the dog and cat with me please hold my mail it is going to be a while longer I don’t know how much longer I’m stuck here right now if they look at the car and it’s going to be a couple hundred my mom will send it to me and I’ll be on the road but I’m not sure when they’ll even look at it I’ve already stayed two nights in the car so if you have to forward my mail to somewhere else and then forward it to my sister at 879 E. Rd. 3 South I n my name is gone I’m there half the time anyway so I do get mail there but that’s all I can say is either please forward them or please hold them I’m sorry I’m so late almost full I’m sorry I’m freezing to death in this car

We got a new person in our neighborhood... Put outgoing mail in the box with red flag up and the mailman walked right passed and didn't even look at it. Ended up driving to deliver it to the post office. Then today I hear a thud outside, he had tossed my package (that fits easily in the mailbox) over my fence onto my porch. It's nice that there was fragile contents in it. Been livid all day.

Hours to check P.O Box are posted until 10 PM, I attempted to check my box at 7 PM and all of the doors were locked..

I was driving home and my mail carrier almost side swiped me I was on the other side of the yellow line you were on my side and I know exactly who it was she's been delivering for a couple days. That's wrong you guys are supposed to be well drivers.

We tried to hold our mail while on vacation. We went through the whole recorded program multiple times but were told we can't do the hold and started over again. Very frustrating. Perhaps someone could look into this glitch. This should be pretty easy we had no trouble with the Great Falls Tribune recorded program.

Very dissatisfied with the USPS passport service. They require a phone call in order to schedule an appointment to apply for a new passport. Unfortunately, they have yet to return my phone calls, and I've now left 4 voicemails over the course of a month. Time is of the essence and I have yet to hear back from them. It would be beneficial if this website allow the public to schedule their appointments online. Extremely frustrating!
