I would like to know if postal delivery person is suppose to honk their car horn for me to go out and get a package instead of leaving it by the door? I work from home and sometimes I might be on the phone and I hear this car horn honking in my driveway so I have to put the person on hold to go outside to get the package. This is just crazy!! I do believe they are getting paid to deliver the mail.

I had a terrible experience on Monday of this week. I am 23 years old and I had never sent a package through the post office just UPS and they normally get the package together for you. So I had no idea I would need to do it myself. The lady there was in nice clothes so I think she was the manager and she had a friend there because he did not wear a uniform or anything. When I walked in they were laughing and carrying on. I had said I needed to send a package and I know we are wearing mask but I know under that mask she had a disgusted look in her eyes. She hated that she had to help me. I have figured out which package I needed with her help because like I said never done it so I didn’t know. As I am filling out the package, I hear her talking to her friend saying “no one can do anything for themselves.” As someone who has been in customer service industry, do not assume things always be helpful because they really might not know what to do. My point is always be kind because you have no idea what is going on in another persons life. I have had a good experience though a couple of weeks ago. I was returning a package for my mom and the employee, which was a different person, was so kind and helpful because she could tell I had no idea what I was doing. She looked like a regular employee. If the lady in the nice clothes is a manager, then whoever is in charge needs someone new because from that experience I will never send a package there again especially if I see her. Who knows how many people she has offended from her terrible attitude. I debated on writing a review but the more I thought about the more I wanted to write this.
