I have a notice that my package is out for delivery. It is now 4:10 and I have not received any mail. Was mail delivered today, Friday, July 5?

Mr. Orr: We are receiving packages that have either been broken open and products missing or packages that contain broken items. The last three packages we have picked up from your Byram Post Office have been in that condition. This is getting very frustrating. Is there anything you can do about this? I am missing candle wicks from the latest package we picked up today...and the box was broken open. The package before that was a small chicken house that was smashed and parts of it ruined. Please check into what is happening to our mail.
