i paid $32 for overnight delivery, and what did i get? it went out on the truck, but evidently a slip left in the mailbox even though they were home. no wonder no one uses the post office anymore. This was baby pictures for a child that just died. no effort at all.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! I left in tears!!! The man that works there is AWESOME! However, the woman working today Fri. December 11th at 1:00 pm could use a MASSIVE refresher in customer service. I had a letter I wanted to mail and it had a house key in it. She very rudely told me that I had to mail it as a parcel because she said the key would not go through the machine!! That I know for a fact is an out right lie!!! How do I know this you ask? I was not paying attention when I mailed it and I put my address in the wrong spot so it came to me instead of going where I needed it to go. I mailed the letter from Irvington, Alabama and the guy said nothing to me about it having to be sent as a parcel and it came to my door with no problems. The woman was so rude to me that people were laughing at me and I will never again mail anything from that post office!! I think this is ridiculous and that someone needs to talk to her about customer service because she certainly needs to be taught how to speak to customers. I have been in customer service for 15+ years and I have never left any US Post Office in tears but I did today. Even the Grinch learned how to be nice when his heart grew 2 sizes at this point I think it may be hopeless for her!!

I am wondering where is my package with the Tracking No. 9405511899564337863673. I called your office 2 weeks ago, and the employee I reached told me that it was in my Box, but I never found it. It was coming from San Francisco, and it was a present for my grandchild (key chains). P O Box 4455. Thanks.

I stopped to mail a package to my granddaughter but the box I had was the wrong box which it would of cost me a lot being the contents were light. The clerk went way above and beyond to help me get my shipment right. I couldnt have ask for any better customer service. She was awesome at her job. All this took place at closing but she still went above and beyond. I will Ho back for any and all my postal needs.
