I was told Warsaw Mo Post office is closed due to mold. Your web site shows its open!… Also, I have waited a month for a card & 3 weeks for a check. Where’s the mail going? Why does this location lose mail? They lost mail for years!

Package # 9405508205497889632589 still has not moved from Kansas City according to the history. PACKAGE RESEARCH CASE CLOSED 23927127 HOUMA, LA 70360 The recipient is asking for a refund now. What is going on, it cannot be this difficult. The "loop" is not working. It would be nice if the recipient received communication from USPS.
