I sent a package and it was supposed to be delivered on Monday the 12 of Feb. and I received a message the customer asked for it to be held at the post office and IT DID NOT HAPPEN !!!! The person that was supposed to receive it was home all day and never seen the postal carrier. They can't get to the Post Office. It needs to be delivered to their address

My name is Gary Mullins. I wish report several felonies committed by the Warrensburg Post Office. Last week an employee at that post office stole some of my mail. Specially baby chicks. When went to pick them up some employee had taken them home. The employees wouldn't give me the name: second felony, and lied to me about it: third felony. I have contacted the hatchery: Cackle in Lebanon, Mo. I wish to have action taken against the Post Office for their action here. At one point two employee stated they were bringing them back but the chicks never appeared. Then I had found out they had removed the chicks from the packaging. Now the hatchery wouldn't guarantee the chicks. Will you do something about these felonies? I am available.

I have complained before, but mail deliverers were getting better. Now again bending the flag on my oversized mailbox. It was designed to LIFT before pushing back. Not complicated. I even wrote it on the door for all to see. Please give an inservice on the designs of different mailboxes and don't break my flag off.

Today I went in to talk to the postmaster or supervisor about being notified the previous delivery day about my mailbox being 10 inches too short in height. I measured 35 and 1/2 inches from ground to the bottom of the box. Regulations when I carried were 39-42. The internet stated 41-45 and the lady I talked to today at the WBG PO said 41-48 so there seems to be a wide variance and the complaint postal form (dated 1984) did not mention numbers. The postmaster and supervisor were away so I don't know who gave me the 41-48 quote. I thought I was the only one who received a deficiency notice but up to 25 on SE 411 received notices their boxes were not tall enough. Now is a piss poor time to harass postal customers with such high prices and poor service. I will raise my box but my two neighbors who share my brick platform are on their own. I will not touch their boxes or mail. To tell customers or patrons they have ten days to make amendments or lose service is asinine or poor business management.

What's the point of having a phone # if you don't answer it?

I am a retired letter carrier and I have got to say that the carrier that delivers my mail is piss poor. Today there is a package jammed into my mail box that I cannot get it out. Whenever I had a package to deliver I got out of the truck and took it to the door with what ever other mail for that day. She is so lazy she puts the package in the drive. Not even on the front porch. I have such terrible service it sucks.

I want to thank the mail carriers that are always very respectful when we are riding our horses the roads. I ride a very nervous horse and there is a particular mail lady that always stops and waits for us to pass. All of the mail carriers are cautious but this one particular woman is the best. Thank you for understanding that horses can be unpredictable.

Delivered my package to wrong mailbox... wouldn’t come fix their mistake while It was in the locked box. I was told they would send someone in the morning to check, hello it’s not going to be there.... then before getting off the phone they told me that they would call me in the morning... 5 days and I’m still waiting for their call or even to answer the phone when iI called everyday since. They lost my package and someone kept it when it clearly had someone else’s name and not their own name on it. If I had an option I would never use this Post Office again

Wonderful mail carriers in this city. I just called to apologize for accidentally cutting off a carrier Jeep (really didn't see it) and the manager answering the phone was sweet too. It's a tough job with long hours and I appreciate their dedication.

That is right about them having their phone off the hook, There is never anything but a busy signal. I get mail that is not mine all the time and we do not have an out going mail box in the complex we live in so what are we supposed to do with out going mail? Drive into town? Omg, most of the time that is not an option for us.

Agree with other comment. Moved here a week ago and a mail carrier has only been to my residence one time.
