Not good. They cannot read numbers as I get other customers' mail on a regular basis and I do not get my mail...catalogues I purchase, monthly statements, they even lost my license renewal tabs! Ridiculous...

The workers here are heroes. The USPS is full of people who risked their very lives to bring the American people their mail. If we had an option to automatically contribute out of our paycheck every two weeks I'd put in 50 dollars. Remember that only the USPS respects privacy in shipping as well. FedEx and UPS can open your package at any time without a warrant or any authorization from you. The service predates the existence of our country and they kicked the ass off the Royal Mail in pandemic conditions! Venerate the USPS as the sacrosanct American service it is.

Hello, I’m checking to see if there’s a process to make a formal complaint concerning the guy filling in for the Postmaster in Robertsville. A package arrived for me on Tuesday, and every day this week, when I’d ask him if it was there, he wouldn’t even look. Today I insisted it was there, and he did get it for me. Then he got an attitude about it. This isn’t the first time he’s been rude, so I felt like it was time to make someone aware of this problem. We’d like to have a better relationship with our postal employees. Thank you, Mike Sewald 314-775-9904

This site says the post office opens at 8:30. I arrived to find the office closed and the door says that do not open until 9:00. It also closes at 4:00 not 4:30. The hours of this post office make it extremely hard for me to pick up certified mail and/or send packages.
