Postal Locations

I have not received any mail in 6 business days.

Person I spoke to was polite and explained they don't have enough employees showing up to work to deliver the mail for Richmond Heights, Mo. Just imagine if this bureaucracy ran something like health care.

Arrived at post office at 4:59 pm. Post office worker said the lady before her was her last customer. Asked her if she could just put a letter on scale to see how many stamps were needed. She refused and starting yelling. She would not give me her name or managers name. Continued to be rude and yelling. Really upset me. So tired of people being so hateful and not helpful. Would of only of taken her an extra minute.

our blue mail box on 4921 Park-view STLouis MO 63110 --is full and we cant put any mail in it . I work for the Center For Advance Medicine for Washington University School of Medicine an we use the box .but if is full we need the mail, to get to our patients, .. We never had a problem before whats going on ..??? the blue box is bean full since 3/16/17 Please send help..ASAP I thank you ..
