I filed a temporary address change 3 months ago. I am getting only half of the mail I should get. Letters are returned to sender with a note that I don't live there. I takes 3 to 4 weeks to get a letter. I get phone calls from insurance companies (and others) stating that they will end the insurance for lack of payment, when I didn't get the bill. Your mail service is TERRIBLE, and INEXCUSABLE.

Keep asking the mail carriers to stop cramming and destroying our mail in the little mail boxes. There is a large slot at the bottom they can leave the mail and let us go through it vs them cramming magazines, books, mail so tight it's difficult to get out without tearing up our mail. Not sure what can be done, don't think we're making an unreasonable request.
