This is the third time that incorrect mail was place in my mail box. I am afraid that my mail is going somewhere else. This is very, very serious that my private information could be handed to someone else. This is an urgent request concerning mail handlers. As well as the absence of receiving mail sometimes for 3 days. Please investigate, this must be elevated. I live in Jennings, MO.

I live in the 63136 area. My carrier delivered a box to my mailbox that was oversize and forced it in. However in doing this he broke the post by pushing the box in, ( I have a curbside mailbox ). I called the post office and someone showed up and took photos. She didn't identify herself nor wrote an incident report. She said someone would contact me. After a few days I haven't heard back from anyone. COVER-UP for sure.

To whom it may concern, I understand that the USPS is having problems and I want to sympathize, however, it is unacceptable for mail to take over a week to be delivered locally. This piece of mail was picked up from my downtown office, on Tuesday, 9/1/2020. It was a small package/padded envelope to Ms Clarice Britton, 2219 Switzer, St. Louis MO., 63136. As of today 9/9/20, she has not received this piece of mail, nor has it been returned to me. I would appreciate feedback pertaining to the above mention. Thank you

This is the 2and week that I have not received my mail. Last week on Tuesday 3/10/20 my email sent a picture of the mail I was supposed to receive and I did not receive it and it was very important mail. Today 3/18/20 I had very important mail to come and did not receive it. I'm going to call customer service this is crazy and it is happening more and more.

Yesterday at approximately 3:45pm, I noticed your carrier was walking away from my neighbors home but did not place the mail in my neighbors box. She started to get into her vehicle and pull off for some reason until she saw me in the door way. I was standing in my door way with my door open and screen closed with my dog next to me inside of my home. When she left my neighbors house she walked back across the street and proceeded to get into her vehicle again. I asked her if she had any mail for me she said yes but I had a dog so she would not deliver my mail. As I stated, I was standing in my door way with the screen closed and my dog was inside of the house with me. She refused to place my mail in my mail box and told me that if I wanted my mail I had to come across the street to get it. I explained to her that I was standing there holding my dog and you can place my mail into my box my dog can not get out. Plus, I was standing there talking to her at the time and she saw me inside the screen holding my dog. I responded by saying that I could not and I should not have to come out and get my mail I am holding my dog and my screen is closed. Your policy states that if the door is open and there is a dog present you do not have to delivery and I understanding that policy if that situation exist. That was not the case here I was present and asking her for my mail at that time. Your carrier chose to get into her vehicle and drive off with my mail. Which was totally against your policy and procedures. My address is 2671 Daman Ct. St. Louis, MO. 63136 and I believe the carriers name is Areiola.
