I went to the parking lot of the St. Ann, MO post office, got out of the car, and put my letter in the mail box. When leaving, I saw that the front of the box was taped over and marked OUT OF ORDER. I am assuming that no one will empty the box. What happens to my letter? I tried to use the online help on this site. It was not helpful. What do I do now?

No one ever answers the phone! Ever! I live in duplex and my neighbor just moved out - we are not related but have the same last name. My mail has been canceled along with hers!! From past experience, Im sure I will not get anywhere when I go to office.

Yo this post office is the most annoying and retarded post office ever! They act like the hot Down syndrome when u try to talk with a manager or someone in the office, then they will deliver packages 📦 late at night when the office is not open or won’t knock on your door 🚪 to see if your at home to deliver the package!! I’m so fed up wit this post office! I encourage anybody to get a P.O. Box or use another post office!!!! They are a F + in my book! 🤬😡

My neighbors and I have a big problem about our mail delivery times. Most of the time our daily mail delivery doesn't take place until after 4:00 PM. Most of the time the delivery doesn't take place until much later and often in the fall and winter AFTER DARK! It has always been a puzzle as to why our mail delivery has to be so late in the day? I see mail delivery occur much earlier in the day for everyone except the 4100 address on Wright Ave. WHY?

I am beginning to think that the person who gets the short straw gets the area including Stephens Place because 1. it is rarely the same person, 2. seems that some days no one shows up, 3. you certainly can't count on it being delivered by a specific time, and 4. mail that you would normally expect (Wed grocery ads) don't show up at all.
