Postal Locations

I’ve called the Parkville Postoffice 15 times, and when it’s suppose to transfer to a “person” it disconnects after 2-3 minutes. Why doesn’t someone pick up???? The office is open, and I’m calling within business hours….someone should pickup the phone!!!…. I had an overseas package requiring a signature that they attempted delivery several days ago, while I’m on vacation. I attempted to change the delivery, but their system says that it can’t to it, and I’m suppose to contact time today, or it will be returned. I’m still out of town, so can’t go in person, and no one will pick up the phone….not good service!!!

This now the third issue in two weeks we have a package that says it was delivered at 11:30 on 7/22/23 and we do not have it and it's too big to fit in the mail box. We have cameras nobody dropped a package off 92612909813236571069891870 this the tracking number I tried to file online but it says I have to wait 24 hours to file for a missing package. OH, this is a problem.

Postal substitute employees who were working the front counter on Saturday 03/04/2023 Parkville /Kansas City, need to be reminded hours are 8:30 am to 12:30 pm not 12:00 pm. Was 3 others in the lobby at 12:10 pm questioning each other why the counter was closed. Question a employee who was on the dock they said the counter has always closed at 12:00. Sorry have been using this PO from 2009 has never been closed at 12:00pm on a Saturday.

Terrible service. I have a package coming,9400108205498918364577. Yesterday it was marked out for delivery, today it says available for pickup WHY? I am 82 disabled with no car and now you are telling me I have to pickup my own package? Tried to call the PO and all it did was ring, tried about six times. Now all I get is a busy signal.

I have had three letters mailed from the Parkville post office. NONE have made it to there destination!! All were sent to local addresses, a few days apart. So it can't be said, they all got lost at the same time. Two were sent downtown KC and the other Overland Park. Simple cross town mail. There must be theft going on at the Parkville post office to have three letters not make it to there destinations. What other explanation can there be?

The mail on our street NW Platte Hills is not delivered at least 1 day week. Today I put letters out to be mailed and here around 6 this morning and here it is 5 PM and my letters have not been picked up.

I live in the Meadows division of Riss Lake. The mail on our street has NOT been delivered on numerous occasions. This is aggravating anytime but especially during this time. I believe that it is the same letter carrier and they either forget, or do not deliver intentionally. PLEASE, reprimand or consider putting this person on probation. I live on Sleepy Hollow and this is not the first time this has happened.

We normally have very good postal service until there is a substitute on our route. Today of which was apparently one who was not about to worry about whether anyone got mail or not . I admit the weather was not ideal and yes I guess a few mailboxes were frozen so I watched as the person gave one attempt to open the box and then just tossed our mail into the front of his truck and drove off.

The people at the parkville location are not nice. I was supposed to get a package delivered yesterday and it did not come. I got an email at 930 am that said my mail box was full. I checked at 930 and I had no mail and my box was empty and a 4ft desk will not fit in my mail box. I called and was told it would be delivered today. mails here and no box. I call and am told I have to come get it today or it will be shipped back. You guys really need to get your act together and deliver stuff. and it would be nice to get my mail on time. There has been times I get my mail 2 weeks late! this makes life so much harder. If there is a way to avoid getting my mail threw this office I will find a way.

This postal office seems to have issues quite frequently. Recently our regular carrier was moved to another area and now we have several different people deliver mail. Today is 12/27/19 3:40p and we have outgoing mail that has not been picked up or mail delivered. We close at 5:00cst and I'm sure our mail will still be sitting here. I've made reports about mail issues before but it always sneaks back in.

I've lived at my current address for 6 months. Ive gotten nothing but thw last tenants mail. Ive gilled out multiple change of address forms and have even started writing on the mail itself. Its to thw point now tjat i dont even get weekly ads and i never get my personal mail. None of my packages or anything.

I walked into the Parkville Post Office & spoke with Chris the manager who told me my matter would be attended to, as of two weeks later, it has not! He said there would be two drivers to deliver the mail in my area for 15 days to assure proper delivery of my mail. I have seen nothing of the kind as of yet!

Our mailbox in Hidden Valley was damaged last night. Please keep an eye out for vandalism.
