we moved here from OR, to River Ranch Community. They opened 6/1, today is 7/8 and we are still not recieving mail. Every vendor is coming, UPS,FedEx, food etc. The office says Post Office is not helping & we jave to go dig in boxes of unorganized mail. I have personally called mayors office and i'm about to call the News Station after contactibng States Attorneys office, for i have lost pay checks & other important mail. We have had some mail fwd to family in LA. This is NOT ok!

We have the worst postal service in our neighborhood since they transferred our original postman TIM!! It's a constant receiving the wrong mail to my home. I am either giving the mail to the right person or somebody delivering the wrong mail from their mailbox. Calls need to be made because of failure to drop packages at home or delivering the wrong package. Loss counts how many times she ran over the reflectors at end of the street or runs up on the yard when she backs up, leaving mud all over my driveway. BRING BACK TIM! .....Garner Dr. Ozark Mo

I live on Center rd in Ozark and we have had several packages that takes a few days to get to us and the notes on the site says "we could not access the delivery location"?? we will try the next day.?? not sure why the driveway is fine. we get packages all the time from UPS, Fed-ex and flower deliveries. on the next door website it seems like lots of complaints of this nature in the area. how can we solve this issue with the new mail carrier??

In the last two weeks we have received four pieces of mail and a package that were supposed to be delivered to the street over from us. I called about the package and took the letters directly to the post office thinking they could ask the carrier to be more careful, their response was “we have someone else to deliver packages”, not a word about the pieces of wrongly delivered mail. Also an important piece of mail was sent to us on December 5th and today is the 17th and we still have not received it. I just wonder how many other things are lost and never returned to us. This is happening all to frequently. We live in the Walnut Crossing subdivision, twenty three hundred block of South twelfth Street in Ozark.

I went to get my mail last week and my latch had been broken, I know it was fine earlier. I went to Lowes then Home Depot, and they don't have them. I am sad to say I am older and can no longer do this stuff, this was a sub driver, but think the PO should fix it.

I came home today and saw a pkg. laying on top of the mailboxes. I had been waiting for a delivery so I went to see if it was mine... Not only was it mine but, someone had written No one lives at this address. The sender had the address off 6053 vs. 6052. I have lived here almost a year, so even though the address was off by one number, they know where I live. I can not believe your practice is to leave a pkg. if it did not have the correct address. This does not make me very happy. I will be interested to hear your reply Thank you, Kat Schumacher 6052 Natural Falls Dr Ozark

Just a note to say how WONDERFUL it is to have "Tim" as our postman (Riverdale Rd area)! We have lived here nearly 20 years & he never fails to impress. He is kind, courteous & ALWAYS goes the extra mile to serve. He is a shining example of USPS. We really appreciate him & wanted you to know.

I agree, Tim is a great mail carrier. We too have lived in the Riverdale area over 20 years and Tim has always gone the extra mile. So nice to have such a friendly, reliable mailman. Thanks, Tim for your service all these years!
