I have lived at our location for over 20 years. In that length of time there has been only one day where we received no mail. For the second day in a row there has been nothing. I absolutely do not understand.

I never had any problems with the Postman that went back to Chicago, he was very good to me, and after leaving my mail in the box by the front door he rang the bell, he new I was handicapped. During the bad wind storm my mailbox on the street opened and the vacant sign blew away, also an envelope to Discover Card blew out of my mailbox by the door it had a check in it. Thank you for helping me with my mail by the door. I didn't know if you had to replace the sign or not.

Want to know why I am getting mail that I want returned to sender back. I wrote on the mail that I wanted to return to sender. I do not want it returned back to me. Better hire batter people to do the contract work.

I am soo disappointed with our postal service right now.. I have been waiting for a very important piece of mail since th 8th of January. Today's the 26th . The letter origin is 8 mins away from my home . Ive been trying to call the NKC post office today and they keep hanging up on me. THIS ISNT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE GUYS !!

My change of address was acknowledged by the NKC post office BUT mail is still being delivered to my old address.

I go to the post office most of the time on my lunch time. Most every time I get there the waiting line is so long( almost to the door). This is mainly due to only having one person working. The last two times I have gone there have been others working but say they are unable to get into the computer due to it being "locked up ". It is very upsetting when you have to wait for so long when you are short on time. The post office needs to do a better job at providing service to their customers.

Beginning the middle of November we have not received our mail regularly, arrived as late as 9:00pm and returned mail to sender instead of delivering them. This last week the mail never arrived twice.

I like the customer services working for years ; and never complaint about the service . but i guess the new hires they are unskilled im so disappointed . They return a package right away without take the time to review on the system my name to see if match most of the information, instead to give the excuse we dont found the address. And try other ways to help the customers now my package is returned snd dont explain if there is other way to stop and resend to me .

We are a company that has hours of 8 to 4. We are not getting our mail timely. , It is 3:00 and we have not received our mail today. We have had it another time after 3:30 and one day we did not have it when we closed. Our business deals with handling a lot of paperwork and checks for clients that need to be handled in a timely manner. Post office is not allowing us to do this
