2616 NW 86terr Have not received my mail in three days Another issue I got past due notices a month ago from two companies my checks put in my mail box never received.

We have a PO box at this location, it takes local mail up to 5 days to be put in our box. Some days we have up to 4 days of mail. WHY???? This is not good for a business. I don't know if it is the main branch or it is a sorting problem. Not just during the holidays it is all the time.

BOARDWALK SQUARE NEVER ANSWERS THEIR PHONE - AND IF THEY AREN'T ANSWERING IT'S BUSY! I'VEBEEN TRYINGTO SET AN APPT FOR THREE DAYS FOR MY PASSPORT AND CANNOT GET THROUGH. IT'S RIDICULOUS!

They still don't answer their phone.I've been trying for the past week to call and set a passport appointment. What good is a phone if they are never going to pick it up? So frustrating!
