I live in Mall Ridge Street in the west side of Jefferson City. Since the end of November to the present residents in our street have experienced getting the wrong mail in our mailboxes. For a while we would take to the correct address. I feel it is the responsibility of the mail carrier to check the address before putting mail in mailbox. I have written notes and put in mailbox to explain the situation and it continues to be a problem. We have three different mail carriers and it would be hard to say who is doing it. Please address this issue as some people on this street get checks by mail and their insurance cards are are worried that the wrong person may throw away mail if it isn’t theirs.
