I had a package say that it was delivered to the facility on January 7th, but it has not yet been delivered to my house. I cannot imagine that it takes over ten days to deliver it to a house in the same town.

I wanted to ask one simple question about a box I’m returning to Amazon so I know I have it boxed properly when I get to USPS. I called my local office for 45 minutes only to be told that number is busy right now. I know my call should have gone thru so maybe they just aren’t taking calls at this time? I called the 800 number listed and I listened to all of their options and finally got to option 5 which is for other things not covered in the first four options. I thought I was going to get to talk to a person who could answer my simple question instead another recorded voice asking me if I needed a passport. So they want me to stay on the line to answer a survey about the service I received I just answered your survey and your not worthy of any more of my time

The Callaway county water dist #2 is attempting to blame post office for over 200 families Feb 2018 water bills being late..stating they didn't receive till Feb 25. In which now, over 200 families got a late penality applied. Please investigate not only post office but water district. Thank you.

This used to be the postman's creed: Neither snow, nor rain, nor heat, nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds. Based on my recent postal experience this is what I believe the postal couriers creed is now: A single snow flake, A drop of rain, warm Days, boxes of any size or gloomy nights will stay these couriers from completing their appointed rounds.
