I found the people in the back at 16105 Swingley Ridge in Chesterfield Missouri 63006 to be very uncaring. Processed a change of address (opened PO Box for by mail to be routed to) for 6 months being 02 November 2023. Had done this in the past & my mail was placed in the PO Box to await my pickup upon return. However, this time, there was no mail in the PO Box. When asked why. They advised carried had forwarded to senders. Stated it was my responsibility to contact everyone to advise of the PO Box. Even worst. They didn't even have copy of the document I hand carried to the post office to set up the PO Box. They offered no help & basically blamed me for the problem. They actually shut their door in my face.

Mailed my wedding invitations a week ago and only 5 of the 81 invites have been received…. These were handmade and have a very high investment in them.

Hello, I have a PO Box at 16105 Swingley Ridge in Chesterfield Missouri 63006. The manager Claudia and employee Scott S have made another employee there; life miserable. The people in back are very rude even to me. I’ve even brought them brownie bites to make friends with them several times to no avail. You see I have a lot of packages that come through and I know they don’t like it. Im at your post office often. I sell yarn on Amazon and order clothes for my Pastor, his wife and kids. Also for myself. I’ve gotten to know an amazing friend/postman named Mac who’s been layed off due to congestive heart failure. He has other heart issues as well. He told me in 14 days after not working he will start getting paid. He has not. I have bought him groceries a few times. Not only is he sick with no money; his car isn’t working. He’s about to get evicted from his apartment because he can’t pay his rent. And he has no way to get to his appointments for his health. He has no friends or family and the people he used to work with were not nice to him. I will try to start a go fund me page for him on Facebook and I will tell them what happened at his job. I can’t believe you treat sick employees like this. This man is unbelievably kind. Why won’t you pay him! Teresa Landry Kamp Sent from my iPhone

I got my mail but no packages that was scheduled to be delivered. Ask the mailman and all I got from her is a goofy smirk. Checked my tracking 10 minutes later and it said "No access to delivery location" Tried to reschedule delivery on USPS website and it said it's not available and I need to pick up my package at the post office. Tried to the call the post office several times but nobody picks up the phone.

I am enrolled in the program where I receive notification of the mail I will be getting. A week ago I saw I was to receive my Menards rebate that day. It’s been a week and it’s still not here, what other mail is being taken or delivered to the wrong address. A very concerned & disappointed consumer. An explanation would be appreciated!

I put 4 pieces of mail into the outside mailbox at the Swingley Ridge location on Saturday, Feb 29th and NONE of the 4 pieces have made it to where they need to go. I have late charges because these pieces haven’t gotten there. I tried calling today- March 12th at 400pm- and no one answered. I would like a return phone call or an email please. Where is my mail??

Big thanks to Chesterfield MO and Columbia MO post offices. They tracked down a package sent, following up with precision, efficiency, and so very focused on customer service.

I'm 71 years old and live in Kennett Mo. we had an appointment for medical service at 1 pm. At 14352 s. Outer 40 rd. We ca me and got a motel room last night . Got up this morning and looked the address up on maps on my iPad. Got to the location and hr early and couldn't find the address.looked for 2 hours. Became frazzled and distressed at the end of my rope . I saw a postal truck and asked the driver if he could help me find it. He took time out of his busy day and told us to follow him to the address. Thank God for his kindness and consideration. I have no idea who he is but I want him to know how much his kindness meant to us. Jim Duke.

Yesterday morning I arrived at the Swingley Ridge location at 8:15 am thinking the PO opened at 8. As I walked back to my car with the bulky package I was hoping to send, an extremely nice woman was pulling in the parking lot and let met know that the self-service machine could handle my package. As it turned out, she was a postal employee. She quickly parked, went in the back entrance and rushed to the lobby to assist me with the self service machine. Her name is Merniece. This was before her 'shift' began. She was so helpful and pleasant when she didn't have to say a word or help! I really wanted to recognize her. Thank you
