I’ve waiting all week for a letter from Texas that seems to be lost. I went to the mailbox right after the carrier left. Inside was a note to pickup the letter a registered letter. I was at home and the carrier did not try to deliver it. I found her, young black lady, still in the area and stopped to talk to her. I asked her why she didn’t bring it to the door? She said she was behind. Really?? You should give Central Bank their money back, because you all failed to get the letter on time.

The service here was terrible from the minute that the man answered the phone he had an attitude. I ended up not getting my questions answered and having to try to figure it out myself due to him hanging up on me. Would not recommend!!!!!!

They will not answer their phone during the day. I need to find out why my mail is not being delivered. I had a subscription cancel on me because the post office told them they couldn't deliver it. Yet I got mail last month. What is going on? 565 Valley View G301

My package said it was delivered but not to me? Tracking number Is 9405510200829221836856, suppose to be delivered to, the falls Village, bluegreen, somer savage, 200 creekside road, branson, mo 65616. Please help me find my package

I am very frustrated. I was waiting for a package and got an email that it was delivered and in my locked mailbox. When I went to check the mailbox nothing was there. I called the distribution center and was told that the delivery person might have put it in the wrong box. There was not might about it. The package was definitely not in my mailbox. When I pressed the issue I was told that they would try to look for my package. The next day I encountered the deliver persons wife (also a delivery person) who gave me a story that her husband had an armful of packages and she supposed that my package was placed in someone else's mailbox by mistake. I called two days later back to the distribution center for follow up and got yet another version of the story. this time I was told that the delivery person personally took the package that would not fit in my mailbox and delivered it to my door therefore the post office is no longer responsible. We live in an area where we can see and here all traffic in our quiet neighborhood. I think it is deplorable that employees of the USPS can get away with such out and out lies.

Tried to call three times they don’t answer voice says turning off call ringer, us government sucks at mail service. We are in need of quick contact help to retrieve a package with incorrect label

I live at 2115 Bird Rd lot #2 Branson mo. 65616 A few months back my mail girl ran into my mailbox pushed it sideways and dented the box . I had a friend fix it the best he could but the door won't stay closed she said she would buy me a new mailbox to just give her the cost. She didn't like the cost it was the cheapest one I could find at $29 I did this and then she leaves the door open with my getting wet on rainy days .just 2 weeks ago she ran into my neighbors row of 9 boxes and knocked all of them down my neighbor helped her put them back up on 2 cinder blocks " only 2 feet high " and left she never came back to fix them I saw my elderly neighbor putting it back up on 4 blocks to the right height for her to put their mail in . my problem now is I have had 2 friends that have sent me items in the mail but I haven't received them . when before I wd get them within the week it's going on 3 weeks now . What can I do to make sure I get my mail ? 2 letters had cash in them . please help. I'm not the only one who has had problems with her .

No way to contact it's like it's in purpose so u don't have to hear people complain but anyway my package is late and I have no way to ask about it because you people are in hiding I give u 0/10 u guys suck

I tried to call the Branson Post Office in order to find my package and ask some questions. The man who answered the phone was very rude and hung up on me at one point. I was very dissapointed with the service I received.

I have been trying to call my local post office in Branson, MO 65616. The phone number listed in the book and online has been "disconnected and is no longer in service". That's baffling to me. Why can I not reach my local post office???
