People always complain when something goes wrong, but almost never say anything when things go great. Our mail carrier, Melissa, is super kind, thoughtful, and very respectful! When we have packages that do not fit in our mailbox she brings them up our 1/4 mile driveway. She doesn't just drop off the package, she asks how we are all doing and "visits" for a few minutes. Outstanding person!!!!!

Whoever has been delivering my mail lately is doing a horrible job. I just received my high school diploma in the mail. The envelope clearly says "DO NOT BEND", but what did they do? Bent it right in half! They also piled big packages (one wasn't even ours) on top of our mailbox! Our mailbox is on a busy highway, so they could have easily been damaged! Sincerely, Annoyed.
