Aug30 been raining all day happened to look out door :arge package on fron porvh totally soaked rather than put package in van 5 feet sway it was walked upstsirs and left in rain My wife and I are both disabled so sometimes might not check mail in a timely manner. THANKFULLY in this case the bit item was plastic enclosed, though our regular mail was absolutely soaked, including an important document the government. I am not happy in any sense of the word.

Mailed a letter sized manila envelope to Ava from the Ava, MO. post office on May 15 before noon. It is now Saturday May 20. It has never arrived. Great Job

TERRIBLE. 3rd time I've dropped first class mail through slot in building and they didn't pick it up to be scanned or sent out. They refuse to put a drop box in front for times they're closed...which is often. Several employees but they close up from 1 to 2 and no one works. Why can't one person stay on duty through lunch. Hate this place. Rotten work ethic.
