We had a package set on our mailbox today. We are in a rural area and anybody driving by could see it and grab it. Luckily we were home and I got curious when this good size box with boots in it was not on my doorstep. I walked out to the mailbox and couldn't believe my eyes. Are the USPS drivers that lazy and don't care if a person gets their package or not? All pride in a job well done is no longer the norm.

Worst mail delivery. We get packages left on the mailbox or on the ground by the box post on the street. Today (3/30) the mail was in a rain puddle in front of the box. I have photo’s of those issues but as my nieghbor has tried to complain to the post master we hear we need ever driver, so they do nothing to correct this behavior. The supervisor and the postmaster should be replaced. It’s easy to not do anything and to fight a union employee is hard so find the right person to manage this issue or start dealing with poop performance yourself and live up to the postal history.

I have had several issues with my local mail carrier. She has run over my garbage can twice with her truck, once destroying it and it had to be replaced. She pulled in to my driveway on another occasion and almost hit my parked car (in my own driveway). Today (3/22/22) I found my mail dropped off in a trailer in my driveway. It is raining and my mail (including 2 bills and my 2022 county tax bill) were soaked. BTW I have a valid mail box. I have seen her showing very erratic driving habits. I have real concerns about her behavior. She seems a pleasant woman but she shows very questionable behavior. (the tax bill soaked really made me angry) So not necessary. Terrible. Moved to Stillwater 5 years ago. Since then we have had spuratic mail delivery and my wife hasn’t received mail for at least a month now. Called the post office and they said my wife’s address had changed with them. She did not do this. She has gotten pulled over for expired tabs, now late on a few credit card bills, spent money to have the post office return a package to sender that never showed up and most recently had her stimulus check returned to sender because of this. All in all she has spent at least 1000 dollars because of this mess. Very frustrating. We will be filing a complaint with the post office general and asking for this money back from them. I have never lived in a city where the delivery and service was this bad. Absolutely disgusted. Beware of the Stillwater, MN mail service.

Writing this out of total frustration today, and it’s way overdue. The inconsistency of mail delivery and pick up on Oasis Ave., has caused me to drive to the post office to drop my mail off often. If I don’t do this, I lose a “mailing day” from my home as the delivery times are as late as 7:45 PM! This is not a new thing, it’s been going on for a long time, and I’m hoping you’re aware of that. I’ve lost checks that I’ve had to put stops on because they simply haven’t gotten to their destination, thus a mess for me to figure out. Where has the dependable service gone with the post office that we had years ago?? Do your drivers check their trucks at the end of each day to assure that nothings been dropped? And when the post office offers to buy stamps by mail, why does it take weeks to get them? Not a convenience at all. We all know there’s a pandemic going on, but these problems have been ongoing.

My package said it arrived at your post office in Stillwater on the 30th. It is now the 3rd. My package was supposed to arrive at my house on the 30th. I am pregnant and that package has all of my maternity pants in it. Why hasn't it been delivered yet? Every time I check the status it gives me a different time of arrival to your post office in Stillwater on the 30th. Why is that, and where is my package?

Had a package dropped of at 5:32 am..... woke the dogs up who started barking and then were up the rest of the morning. I go from a note saying my driveway was not accessible (which was a lie, they just did not want to walk up the slight incline) to an outrageously early delivery. Can’t win. 😑

Customer service is crappy and the counter workers have zero social skill and should be left in the back sorting mail for $60k per yr wasting my tax dollars.

Tracking information on USPS System is a lie. System gave delivery attempt time, said a note was left, and no secure place to leave a package. I was home, no note was left, and home is 100 feet off road and we have a porch. UPS and Fed EX left packages the same day. Why make up information -- just state its not delivered yet. Isn't lying about mail delivery tampering with the mail service???? I told shipper I will not do business with them until they start using UPS or Fed EX I'll pay for reliable service, I hope I get my package as it is a holiday gift.

It really isn't normal practice for ANY post office to answer the phone. Delivery to a home is a curticy and not required. If these are the worst complaints, it's gon be alright.

We don't get deliveries to our house because we have a long driveway. Mail-lady leaves notices in the mailbox that she attempted delivery but we weren't home when my wife is at home all day.
Phones are never answered.
With this type of service I wonder how they make any money... oh wait.
Can't wait for Government-run healthcare.

There's no one responding to phone calls. I have tried most of the day (in case they are unattended at lunch.) Is this policy?

Post offices NEVER answer their phones - or hardly ever. Makes one wonder why they even list the number. Since it's not in their job description or training they must not know how. I saw once someone answer the phone and and to ask her super a question, and the supervisor came over, grabbed the phone and slammed it down on the hook and walked back to doing something else.
