Carolyn has been our mail carrier for as long as I can remember. She works so hard and delivers at all hours of the day. She also has a smile on her face and friendly wave. We really appreciate her and the many trips she hikes to our door and drives around our neighborhood. Great work!

My mail always arrives, it is always in good shape and so I am happy with the service. I know not all areas have a designated postal delivery person, and different carriers take the unassigned areas as needed. Thank you for the good service!

Not only are the building’s staff incompetent but so is the carrier. ESPECIALLY the carrier. It’s not that hard to read the numbers on the box. They are right there. Shakopee USPS, You don’t deliver my mail, you’re incompetent, and you never pick up your phone. If you’re so unhappy with your job, you really should have gone to college or picked up a different job if it’s so hard for you at the post office. I wish I could sue each incompetent worker because people are losing money, valued mail, and special gifts/letters.

I've now started documenting and making phone calls to the shock of the Post Office about the wrong mail in my mailbox. That makes me wonder who's getting my mail when I'm not getting it? This is now the 8th time and this is happened and IM going to do the right thing but I don't wanna get in trouble or a federal offense against me for doing the right thing when they're not doing their job right. Post Office delivery people please look at the house number and the mail Box and the mail to make sure that you're delivering it to the right person WTF... X specially when tax season is here and people are expecting a check in the mail

It's been a week and the Postmen has not delivered in Pheasant Run neighborhood. None of my neighbors or I have received any mail. Will wait until Monday 2/8/2016 to head to the Shakopee office and file a complaint.
