Have you ever heard of a business that never answers their phone? The White Bear Lake US Postal Service….they just let it ring 30 times and then disconnects. Can you get more incompetent?

On 6/13/2022 I filed a service request regarding non delivery of my mail for 3 days. Today 6/14/2022 I received a phone call from someone at the WBL Postal service even though I had indicated on the fprm I wished to receive emails. I was unable to understand the heavy accent of the person who left the message. Calling the post office is futile - they don't answer their phone. Service request #39613839.

I haven't received mail since last Saturday. My neighbors said the same. When I call the WB post office to find out what's going on - the phone rings and rings and rings then disconnects. So not impressed with postal service! Please someone tell me what's up with our mail?!?!?!?

Waiting for my mail delivery at 6:54 pm on a Saturday night. Why? Where is the mail? I have scanned verification we have mail coming today. This is getting very sloppy, is my personal information sitting in a mail truck someplace?

This takes forever. The lock failed to open the package box or I'm using the wrong one because the info can't be read on the label. The package is delivered somewhere but it may take some time because even simple things like this take forever just to get a person involved instead of a phone that never has the correct responses. I hate the difficult method of getting info that would take only a few minutes but never should have been allowed to happen at all.

No review now. I need you to re-deliver a package sent to my address. I am in Europe and won’t be home. Please deliver cross the street at Rod and Sue Olson’s home across the street,

On or about 3-7-19 I stopped into the WBL post office to complete and submit a hold mail card. There was one clerk on duty who, upon completion of her customer service, continued talking to the customer about places to go while on vacation. A small line was forming. I walked up and put the card on the counter, the clerk picked it up and continued talking. I said thank you. The card requested that my mail be held 3-11-19 through 3-15-19. Guess what? I received my mail EVERY DAY. How do I know? I get the email indicating the mail I could expect in my box everyday that week. What happened to my hold request? Can I trust that they will be honored in the future? I typically go to the Vadnais Heights post office because they are kinder to their customers, and more efficient. But because WBL delivers my mail I thought I should leave the hold mail at that site. Thank you for listening.

Why do I always get other peoples mail? Why do my neighbors always deliver my mail? No we have a package delivered that someone’s is not returning. Is it hard to match a name and address? What driver is on this route?? Are you not on federal pay? Upset customer!! This is why the USPS will go out of business!!

I called the White Bear Lake post office direct number to ask if a priority package delivery that I missed would be redelivered today by the postal delivery employee. The form the employee left in my post office mailbox at my home had several things crossed out on it and looked like it would not be redelivered again for a second attempt at my home, so I'd have to pick it up at the post office After today. That would take 45 minutes of my time. And very Confusing! So I called the WBL post office direct line and no one picked up the phone there even though the phone message said my call would be answered by the next available attendant. I called the number several times and No one picked up the phone though it said it was the White Bear Lake post office and someone would pick up the phone if I waited. Below standard customer service, and Thoughtless regarding the confusing crossed out form. Is the postman or woman so busy they can't try to redelivered it again today? Looks like perhaps if I sign the form they will drop it off but the form contradicts this. Or are they going to try to redelivery it today at my home if I sign the form where indicated? Today there is one to ask to clarify what to do over the phone with the WBL post offuce. And all because of their inadequate form causing poor customer service regarding this important delivery. I am expecting some homeopathic supplements and this could be it. So do I sign the form and put it in my mailbox for a redelivery attempt, or do I have to drive to the post office tomorrow since the form says I should pick it up After today? Yup, very inadequate service regarding the details. Perhaps the USPS should update and redesign this form (PS Form 3849) so that the post office deliver person finds it easier to use, maybe with a blank comment line for them to write their intentions in a phrase or sentence for customers to understand.

I live at 1620 Hammond road, I am constantly getting my neighbors mail. Talked to the other neighbors same thing for them. The post man needs to sort better and pay better attention to who he is delivering to. this concerns me, because I may not be getting some very important mail.
