The woman with short brown hair and glasses working on the morning of 10/26 created untold misery for me at work. I was mailing a box of books for the first time, and while I was packing it, she creeped me out by watching me for 10 minutes with her arms folded over her chest and commenting (critically) on the way I was packing. THEN, having obviously seen me in a moment of desperation stuff a t-shirt into the box because I didn't have any other filler for the unfilled space (I didn't know my one-ounce shirt would disqualify me for media rates), she went right ahead and rang me up and charged me media rates. I had no idea the tiny shirt would be a problem. If I had, I would have asked her for recycled paper, or anything suitable for filling the excess space in the box. She didn't offer anything to help out, AND she didn't alert me to potential problems. Apparently, though, she did choose to flag the box with a sticker reading "containing material not qualified for media mail" AFTER I left. Thanks to her pettiness, and her choice not to tell me IN THE MOMENT that I was breaking a rule, my box got opened en route to Tucson and then held up in the post office in Tucson for days for postage due ($22 in addition to the $13 I spent in St. Paul). It's her job to enforce the rules, BUT ideally IN THE MOMENT, while someone is there to repack. Why didn't she say something to me while I was in the act of breaking the rules--even though she was watching me (the sticker on the box read "shirt enclosed," and only she could have known that). I never imagined I was breaking the rules because she was actually watching me and didn't say something. So, in the end, she flagged me, had my box searched (it had been sliced open and badly resealed by the time I got it), and caused me to miss some deadlines because I didn't have what was, by weight, 99% media and 1% t-shirt. Isn't it the job of post office workers to let people know if they spot something amiss, or to provide guidance about any relevant rules/violations, instead of waiting and watching (again, in a creepy way) and then messing with them AFTER they leave the post office? If she saw a violation, why didn't she speak up? I lost hours at work today because of her passive-aggressive, creepy behavior. After my boss got on me, I started blaming the Tucson PO workers for the loss of my package, and just now finally went over to my local PO to apologize for being so cranky as they tracked down my flagged box. She should have been the one to apologize to them, to my colleagues, and probably to any other customers she deals with...I am in town quite often, but I'll never go to the 5th Street office again. Creepy vibes. Passive-aggressive "help."

The elderly lady that works at the service desk is very rude. She was working tow days ago. She signed my name on a change of address form and attempted to fill it out for me after I told her that she couldn't because it wasn't the address on my identification card

I had an order of three packages that arrived at this facility on Feb. 8, 2022. Two of the packages arrived at my business on the 10th, but one is still sitting at the facility for no apparent reason. No one answers the phone and it still says it's in transit. I filed a search request with USPS. This is outrageous.

My package has been sitting in St. Paul since January 24th. It was mailed out of Pennsylvania on January 22nd. How can it only take 2 days to get from Pennsylvania to St. Paul, but it's still sitting in St Paul for over a month? Something fishing going on here. It was probably stolen.

Horrible... Lazy... Incompetent. They do not know how to answer the phone when someone attempts to call with questions. I've called several times within the last few minutes and nobody has answered the phone within the several calls that I have made.

My package has been sitting at this post office since April 17th. It is now April 29th. This was a first class package. Very expensive items. After reading reviews it seems like this happens all the time. Someone needs to be investigating why this is happening! I need my package.

My package has been sitting at the post office in St. Paul since January 29. My tracking said that it was forwarded to my address on January 30. It said it was processed by the post office in St. Paul on Feb 1, and accepted by the post office in St. Paul on Feb 2. How could it have been processed and then accepted AFTER it was shipped to my house? I am NOT happy.

You think that's bad? I've been trying to track a package from NC and it arrived at St Paul USPS on December 8....I have not yet received it and the tracking still has St Paul MN USPS holding my package hostage and today is December 17. It's like the workers are on strike or something...now I'm the one practically going postal!

I have 2 packages “in transit” for the past few days to week. It feels it’s a coincidence they both left the same St.Paul post office and both are missing... I sure hope someone didn’t steal them. I know someone else who is dealing with the same issue. It does not take days to weeks to get to my local post office.

I have had a horrible experience trying to speak to a person. I am trying to find where a check from Dunn Brothers is located. I mailed a check on Friday, Feb. 21 and it still has not been delivered to Victory Parking, 344 Wabasha Street N, St. Paul, MN 55102. The zip code was listed incorrectly as 551010 and did not have N behind Wabash street. Please look into this matter and call [number removed]. Richard Nygard, Dunn Brothers Coffee,

They just say it's there....since Nov 24???? Can I get any help?
