Why does the post office think it is alright to continue employing a mentally unstable person with a domestic violence coviction on his record as a supervisor. I get he is a veteran and you can't just fire him but it is still inexcusable that you have continued to allow this person to be a supervisor. His name is Dale Wahlin age 50 something living in Wyoming Minnesota, a supervisor at New Brighton. Anyone reading this feel free to do a background check on him print it and ask the post office why this guy is allowed to be a supervisor.

No mail today and yesterday. Fearful that it has been stolen. Important information expected. Can you please let us know when mail is not going to be delivered so I don't have to begin investigations with authorities?

I was at the Post office on Tuesday and I have never in my life seen such a horrible display of disrespect between two employees yelling at each other --these two should not be connected with the US Postal Service, I walked out with hands in air and saying at a loud voice for them to hear "unbelievable" Will not go back to that Post office again and whoever the postmaster is needs to take action, I have heard from many that this is the worst !

Have lost 2 packages within 5 days in the USPS As someone mentioned, "Bad and getting worse". There is not a more terrible phrase to use otherwise I will. Paid a lot for cooked food in dry ice from MN to GQ. Fast forward, tracking says "package arriving last". We did everything we were asked to do and more. How does a package marked "dry ice" and high fees paid for delivery end up being late? The other package from Africa and through many hands worth more than $1000.00 is now missing. Tracking said "out for delivery" 5/3rd. We have spent the entire last part of last week tracking. We went from one tel call to another. office to another and were finally sent to the "supervisor for USPS "new Brighton MN, 551123. After making so called attempts at helping, he said, "I cannot tell you what happened to your package and walked off". Whoah, so much for being a public service for the residents. To think of all the postage paid, the implications of what the post office stands for, it is a complete embarrassment! Can someone please help tell me what to do? Can we sue the Post Office? IS there a chain of command? I cannot consider that African package missing. It has African clothing for myself and my family. It went through many flights and handlings to get to the US. Imagine it not getting lost in transit through developing countries then gets lost here in so-called America which is supposed to be the best! Please for help on what to do next. My # is 651-666-0915

Twice now our monthly townhome fee payment was mailed to Detroit, Michigan. The first time it was very delayed and this time, out payment mailed on Feb.28th has not been received yet. Is there a problem with the New Brighton Post Office? Thank you for reading this.

We have a situation by our mailbox where the sump pump overflowed into the street and caused an icy area in front of the mailbox. Yesterday we got a note from our mail carrier (Julie) informing us that she was no longer going to deliver the mail until the ice was gone. This would require us to pick up our mail at the post office. We both work from 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. which makes it impossible for us to get the post office except Saturdays. The ice while unsightly is not causing a danger to her truck. We have put down 100 pounds of ice melt and 50 pounds of salt. that's all we can do. In the meantime, I am facing spinal fusion surgery on Thursday November 21 and am waiting for a package from my doctor which contains an antiseptic solution to be used before surgery to combat infection. Without that solution I am at risk for an infection.

Oakland was my attendant today. He was crabby and rude. All we want to do is mail a package or an envelope. A smile or a "how are you?" would be nice.. even though that seems an impossible task for such a sad and mad-at-the-world man. Horrible customer service skills! And it wasn't just to me.. it was 3 people in front of me and probably the 7 people behind me:(
