Twice in the last two days I've received holiday cards that have been opened.

I am having problems with my mail. The last two months or longer, I would go without any real mail for 2 weeks and then get all of my letters all at once sometime in the third week. I always get other people's mail and I can never rely on a letter which I know should be coming in the mail (like my renewed driver license). Very frustrated and very annoyed. Two months later - I'm still waiting on my license and I've confirmed that it was sent in September.
