The tracking information says there was no access for delivery. We were shoveled out and our packages could have been delivered.

Mail carrier has not been in our two-block area for two days, Weather not an issue. Must comment on dog issues. Our mailman was severely bitten by a neighbors chained dog. I'm sure his injuries were of concern to other carriers.

I could not say it any better than what "SALORSE" has said, and I agree with everything that was said.

I weekly receive mail for others, on different streets, with the same house address! At least once a week, sometimes more! I KNOW my neighbors get my mail, and some send it back, as "NOT AT THIS ADDRESS" which REALLY SCREWS up paying bills, that I DON'T get because the carrier DOESN'T READ THE ADDRESS, and mis-delivers, weekly!!! What the HELL IS GOING ON?? Do you hire delivery people that cannot read, or is it, that they just don't care?? This has been going on, for a couple of years now, and has become INTOLERABLE!! If we cannot rely on proper delivery, then maybe just disbanding the post office, and firing everyone is the best course, to save us BILLIONS of dollars, with SHIT service!! Sadly, I KNOW you will do NOTHING, with this post, and I assume you are among another of them, that no longer care. . .

This post office is a joke. So much incompetence. Last time we had our mail help for a week they delivered it to the wrong house nowhere near where we live. Called several times with no apology. Then tried to tell me we didn’t get any mail the whole week. A month later some guy 3 streets away dropped it off and said he got it delivered there but wasn’t home for a month. Half of it was missing from sitting in his mailbox for a month. Medications were in there and checks. I called a manager and still no apology and they were so rude. Yesterday, my husband heard the doorbell ring and ran upstairs. Nobody was at the door but there was a note saying they missed us and had a package that needed a signature. They didn’t even wait 10 seconds before leaving g it and driving away: So I went online and changed it to a customer pickup for today. I went there today and of course they can’t find it. They said i requested a redelivery. That was aloe so I showed them my confirmation email and they said just come back tomorrow and if it wasn’t delivered today then it would be there. I told them it wouldn’t be delivered because it needed a signature and they said come back tomorrow. Once again, no apology and no acceptance of any sort of responsibility. I hear nothing but complaints about this place and with good reason.

How about an email contact for mail issues?

How hard is it to deliver a box containing an object smaller than a light bulb and just leave it on the front porch? Oh, it "wasn't accessible?" I received two much larger packages from other services literally the exact same day this was "undeliverable". It hasn't snowed in many days, the driveway is as dry and clear of ice as it could be, but USPS couldn't deliver something which doesn't even way a single pound and leave it on a door step. Instead, they are trying to force me to pick up my package instead of doing the job they're paid for, and of course the post office isn't open during any hours a normal employed adult could actually visit you on short notice. You people are awful. I work a customer facing job myself and I wonder how nice it must be to never face consequences for going out of your way to do a bad job.

We get mail almost everyday, but in the past week there have been several days that we didn't get any mail. Today we got a pile of mail. I was waiting for a letter and I see that it is here finally. I know the weather's been bad and it's understandable if there was a day that it wasn't delivered, but I think I was missed more than once.

Our mail carrier has issues with dogs. She never delivers mail if people have dogs in the house ot if they are at the door. She takes hours to deliver our mail and today we have not received our mail at almost 5:00pm. She is a very nice lady, but very unprofessional. I would like someone who can deliver mail on time and not be bothered by our dog(s). Many people on our blocks have them. Also our neighbor was blind and haf guide dogs and she would throw the mail by the mailbox and is just horribly disrespectful.

My mail has been not deliver “due to animal interference” MANY days. We have a fenced in yard, where our dog is outside sometimes, and the mailman does not need to go into the fenced in area to deliver our mail, yet the mail is never delivered when our dog is in site. If our dog is outside supervised by one of us the mailman does not even walk near our house. We have had late bills and packages not delivered due to this. It is ridiculous that they are not delivered because of this. Our dog is not able to even get near the mailman. Shouldn’t I be able to put my dog inside when I see the mailman so he doesn’t just walk in the opposite direction of our house? This is super frustrating!!!
