Where can we expect to pick up our mail now that it has been suspended indefinitley?

Recently a new person (Sam) was assigned to deliver our mail in Powderhorn Park. We've had numerous problems with our mail since he started. We've gotten our neighbor's mail, neighbors have gotten our mail. Mail has come later than expected. Bills that I've paid by mail have arrived late for payment. (One took eleven days to reach Illinois!) We've found mail dropped and left in the snow and have had to deliver it to neighbors ourselves. A neighbor saw Sam drop a whole bunch of mail and then asked the neighbor to pick it up for him. Our neighbor said he didn't want to mix it all up and Sam just shrugged and said, "I'll just deliver it tomorrow instead of today then." Sam has a bad attitude, complains about his job a lot, and in general seems lazy and lax about a job that is no less than a sacred public trust. I've spoken with several neighbors and a number of them know him and DO NOT TRUST HIM.

I just got back from the powderhorn post office around noon today. I saw both post office desk workers being very disrespectful and unprofessional towards an East African woman trying to send something to Saudi Arabia. The man working with her, Kris was talking incredibly loud, so that every person in the room could not miss a word. He and the other worker laughed at her several times. The other man working even said, " I am not fond of Saudi Arabia! ". This is a very inappropriate comment and racist towards Saudi Arabians, as well as implying that she is doing something shady by having something to send to Saudi Arabia. Also, it is a privacy issue to talk in a quiet way to postal customers. Kris talked to her in a patronizing disrespectful way every step of the process, almost making a performance out of it. He treated her as if she were stupid, talking super slowly to her and in an impatient manner. He was acting like a teenager who was making fun of someone. When her baby started crying, which babies do, he waited about five seconds before he asked her to take care of it. I don't think this should be standard procedure. It was incredibly unpleasant to witness this whole scene. It was racist and discriminatory the way she was treated at the US postal office. I highly doubt that if a white woman came in with a baby, and was a little unprepared with her packages, that she would be treated so poorly.
