Hello! I have the tracking number 9261290142743606678656. It's say my item arrived at MINNEAPOLIS MN DISTRIBUTION CENTER destination facility on December 14, 2020 at 5:23am. Where should I go pick it up? Should I come to the Lost Lake Post Office at Plymouth? Because I order my item online should delivery at the Shadow Hill Apartment across from the Lost Lake Post Office. So, please email me back where should I pick up my item. Thank you.

Hello, my zip code is 55446. No one on our street received mail on Friday (12/27) and Saturday (12/28). I was expecting my mailbox to be filled to the brim with mail on Monday (12/30), but there were only a few items in there. I have not received eight small packages that were scheduled to be delivered before January 1st, and I have no idea how many letters have not been delivered. My neighbor went to the post office where she was given her missing mail despite the fact that the mailman told her there was no extra mail at the post office. Additionally, we have been receiving some mail that is not addressed to us. This is all very concerning to me especially now that the tax documents will be coming in the mail soon. Thank you for looking into this matter.

I have been having problems with my mail carrier and not leaving my packages he drives 1/2 way up my driveway and states is too slippery but I just witnessed him pull halfway up and decide it’s too slippery yet I’m walking out of my house following his truck and asking him to please leave my packages in my yard or by my mailbox he will not do it Yet this morning I had an Amazon delivery and they had no problem coming to my front door and leaving it for me but this particular gentleman has a problem leaving packages. Amazon has even called on my behalf. Several of my neighbors have complained about the same thing. Our carrier is a young man and I can’t see why he can’t get out of his truck and put them in my yard! I have lived here for 29 years and have never had this problem with your carriers. In fact several of them are used to leave a Christmas present for because they were so kind he might serve the post office best in a different capacity.

I live in a condo with 36 owner units. Over a week ago the weekend delivery person somehow damaged the master lock to open all of our outgoing and incoming mail. No one has come to fix the lock. Not one told us everything in outgoing mail was not going out. Not one told us we would not be able to access our mail indefinitely. I asked that my mail be held on Friday a week after the problem originated... I was told I could pick all my mail up Saturday before 1:00. I went and stood in a long line and when I got to the window, I was told our mail would be delivered that day and they did not hold my mail! Now It is 8:00 pm on Saturday night and it was not delivered. None of the outgoing mail has left the building for 8 days! Bill payments and other important mail are all still there..we thought everything had been sent out on time but it is all still there! They have not done anything to fix this problem! I am beyond upset as we all are' Our mail has been withheld for us for 10 days now! Totally unacceptable! They are doing nothing to take responsibility! If you know who we can file a complaint with please send me that information. Thank you.

Your postal personnel use Pilgrim Lane as a short cut thru the neighborhood and have been going at excessive speeds. Please advise your carriers to obey the speed limit and remind them that school will soon be out with children playing in the neighborhoods.

I was notified by Amazon that a package was delivered to my mail box. Tried to open my box, but unable to, just like last winter. Tried to call them today.....they don't answer the phone, so I guess I have to DRIVE to them to report the issue so I can open my mail box. If you don't want to communicate by phone - take the number off your website!!!! Yay, postal service!
