Postal Locations

In the last several weeks, the mails in our office building, 7400 Metro BLVD, Edina, MN 55439 is a disaster. Many mails were deliver to the wrong office, some mails were even returned even the address is so clearly written. Then I found Donzo, who worked more than 12 hours a day, and worked hard and carefully, make our mails back to the organized order. I gave my highest review to Donzo.

I thought that I submitted a mail hold request on line around 10/7 or 10/8 for my trip starting 10/12. The hold was to be from 10/15-11/8. I registered for the new access program at the same time. My security camera has noted mail delivery every day 10/15 through 10/19. I searched back and for some reason could not find the confirmation of the mail. Possibly my mistake but still aren't the mail carriers supposed to be suspicious when the mail slots are increasingly stuffed with mail unclaimed and make a report? When I get home I will look for the paper copy of the hold. In the meantime I need you to start holding my mail till I return 11/8. Thankyou.
