We have a bills, that we're sent through Hamel Post Office lost in the mail. I have had to stop checks. Resend and get stuck with late notices. This post office is poorly managed or just the personal don't know what they are doing. I have never had a problem with Rogers or Maple Grove, which I now drive to to make sure my mail goes through. If a star rating. 1 to 5 Hamel gets a 1. Terrible!

Terrible customer service. The worst I have even seen. Un friendly like they hate their jobs. I got a letter delivered to my mail box Same PO Box. Different City. Not Hamel. They person sorting the mail, does not even look at the City the mail is going to. I handed the letter personally to the local POST MASTER and he said "Oh yes we'll fix it". Guess what the same letter ended up into my mail box AGAIN, just on the next day! IMG....really. I eded up taking the letter to another Post office and mailed it from there. Who do we complaint!? What do we do! It's a madness.

I run a business where I am shipping multiple times a week. When I have had specific shipping questions, the employees have NOT been friendly or helpful, especially the cranky middle aged man who I avoid at all costs. I print my postage at home and have everything ready to go so that I can just drop off my packages and not have to wait in line since I have two young children. Today I was told that I was putting too many packages in the drop off area and that if any fell on the floor "it may not get sent". Really? I would stay clear of this post office if you can. The Plymouth one is much better from my experience.

Do they speak English at that post office? They don't in Rogers.

I have lived in Hamel 6 years and this has consistently been the worst post office I have ever had to deal with. I actually go out of my way and go to the Plymouth location whenever possible. Lately my new favorite thing is that my lazy idiot delivery driver likes to leave the missed you notices in my mailbox for packages when both my wife and I work from home and there is someone here 24/7 365 days a year. If he actually tried to deliver the package shouldn't I be finding this notice on my door? Just knock! We are ALWAYS home!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have lived in Corcoran for 10 years and this is my post office. Every time I go in there, the employees are rude and act like I'm bothering them when I want to mail my package, buy stamps, pick up a package, etc. Just wanted to share as it is truly annoying and unprofessional. I know from others in my area that it's not just me as they have experienced this unprofessional behavior as well.
