I mailed a card, on February 28th, to St Paul. This is a card that four friends have sent back and forth, to each other, since 1986. The intended recipient has still not received it. But this person did receive the Christmas card in December. The missing card is decades old, with decades worth of memories [marriage, kids, pets, homes etc]. The address, to that person, was clearly labeled, my return address was visible and legible and I put extra postage on it. To date, the card has not been returned, to me, nor did it make it to my friends house. This card can never, ever be replaced and 37 years of memories are gone. I knew that I should have driven to his house. I am heart broken as are the three other friends on this card. I would give a reward to anyone who may have it. [But of course the bills arrive with no problem].

Farmington has the absolute worst mail carriers! They are too lazy to deliver the packages and keep saying they cannot for absolutely no reason.

Farmington Post Office are I deed the laziest mail carriers I have ever had experience with. We moved to rural Farmington 18 years ago and Kevin was our Mail carrier...he has since retired. All of the carriers after him have been extremely lazy with no work ethics. We have had times when we don't get mail for two weeks. We then have to drive into town to get our packages and mail. We have filed multiple complaints with the online complaint process, but that too is a complete joke. Post Master Adam Dougherty should be ashamed of how his post office is run under his leadership, or should I say lack of leadership...perhaps he should consider putting in his resignation...just more proof that the post office should be privatized, as it would run much more efficient

We had two incidents where different carriers delivered my packages to the wrong address, no where near me is what the post office manager told me. The package were never recovered and the post office did absolutely nothing about it. They never returned calls to me. I called them for two months and they said they were trying to recover the packages from the residence they were delivered to. Both packages delivered to the same incorrect address... I did not receive reimbursement or any resolution, just out the money I spent on their mistakes.

The carrier does a fine job, but for the second time I’ve had mail stolen from our unlockable mailbox. The thief stole a check for a bill and tried to cash it after he made alterations. $600. I wish we could have boxes that aren’t so easy to steal from. Live and learn, no valuables put in the box by me, but I can’t stop them from taking things put in by the carrier.

Horrible service! Never get my packages when they say they are delivered. Then you call to see where it is and they make it sound like you didn't look for it. I've never had such poor mail delivery in any other city I've lived in.

Package supposedly delivered to my box today is not there. I live in a townhome and have a locking box so I believe the key to the package drop was put in the wrong box.

My husband and I have had 3 packages delivered to the wrong address (3 separate days). Luckily our neighborhood Facebook page has helped us retrieve our packages. Today is the 4th incident and we received someone else's package and we're missing our package yet again. This is ridiculous! How can this continue to happen? Everyone in the neighborhood is fed up with their packages going to the wrong addresses. Please figure out a solution to this problem.

We have now had two packages that show delivered but we have not actually gotten them? Very unhappy as these are both Christmas gifts for our daughter.
