For everyone who is having trouble with the Eagan post office lately it is because the current manager is a complete fraud who would have no business in his job if the post office actually decided to have management be a meritocracy and not an old boys club. Make no mistake the reason the post office loses money us because they have allowed incompetent people to be in management who would never be allowed to be there at any private company. The manager's name is Jason Croshaw and he has already been kicked out of the Chanhassen port office due to his incompetence, But somehow he managed to get appointed as the manager of Eagan even though he has already shown that he can't run a post office of that size. Chapter Member Representative Jason R Croshaw 230 Poplar St E South Saint Paul, MN 55075 CELL: 470-314-2516* WORK: 320-429-2465 *

Have mail on mail forwarding - my neighbor caught up with the carrier who was about to put a warning on my door saying that my box is full. There seems to be a missing clue. Filed a complaint. Nobody answers the phone. Got an email asking if the problem was taken care of and did somebody respond. Nobody responded. Thank goodness for my neighbor.

Have had mail on-hold. Was to resume on Tuesday, Feb. 21st and thus far I have seen no mail. When I call the post office, the phone rings & rings and then disconnects. I would like to know where is my mail and/or when will it be delivered.

I just missed a call from Ed and have been trying to call him back but the phone just rings and rings. No one is answering. Ed says that a package was delivered lastnight at 9:)3 but it wasn't. We were home waiting for it with the door open so we are sure it was not delivered to our house. We would appreciate a call back.

I had a mail hold in place from Dec 2 - Jan 2nd. I said I would pick up the mail after I return from my vacation. Somewhere I read if I did not pick up the held mail from the post office in 10 days, they would be returned to the sender. Immediately after I returned from my vacation on Jan 2nd, I left for an emergency out of state trip. I could not pick up the mail. On Jan 16th I requested another week long hold to be placed. I was worried if the mauls from the old hold would be sent back to the sender or not. So I called on Jan 17th to tell them to keep holding the mailed from my 1st hold. So that I came back from my 2nd emergency vacation, they would still have my mails from my first hold. The customer service rep over the phone who said he was a supervisor said I just needed to extend my hold. My point was to talk to somebody so that they do not send my old mails back from my first hold. The customer service supervisor did not really understand what issue I was trying to resolve (I.e. do not send back mails from my old hold), he was just saying I could extend my hold online. I asked for his supervisor and his supervisor’s name. He did not give me those and Andy ally hung up the phone on me. Bad customer service.

We haven’t had a mail delivery since Monday. I had 3 cards in the box that were never picked up. We finally drove over to the post office this morning to mail out our Christmas notes. We are also waiting for Christmas packages and a weekly magazine. Where is the postal service? This is not the first time this has happened either.

WTF is going on at the Eagen Mail Delivery Unit! I live less than a mile away and have not seen a carrier since last Friday 8/26, five days ago. Does Tony Williams know that mail isn’t even been attempted here. I’m expecting my drugs from the VA which are life threatening if I don’t receive them. If something happens to me I hope my lawyer relatives and my wife sue the live hell out of the USPS.

This message is for the Dana, manager for Darren's route in West St. Paul. After several attempts to call the Eagan branch (no one answers) I would appreciate you contacting me. I spoke to Darren today and he told me I had to contact you, Dana. Darren has put our mail on hold due to one of our dogs being outside when he was delivering. I have been in my house for 38 years and have never had my mail put on hold. Please contact me as soon as possible to get our mail started back up. Or speak to Darren and have him reverse the hold. Thank you.

I would just like to tell you about one of your delivery men named David. David is the kindest, most caring individual. We failed to pick up our mail yesterday, and David rang the doorbell to make sure we were OK. He is a truly dedicated man and I wanted you to know what a gem you have as an employee. Our zip code is 55121.

This must be one of the worst post offices in the system. No phone answers, tracking states it has been waiting 4 days to transfer across town to local PO. Previous package was sent to the other side of the state, at least they caught the fubar and sent it back.

I was assisted by someone named Cathy/Kathy from Eagan USPS. I had given the wrong street for shipping and the carrier was unable to deliver. I called the Eagan post office. Kathy was able to locate the package and have it waiting when we got there to pick it up. Thank you Dan Bedard

I am trying to resolve where there are TWO debits on my checking account for postage stamps. The phone number I called which is shown does not take calls for postage stamps. The USPS website does not have a place to inform them that they charged me twice. I have informed my bank, and hope they can resolve this issue on their end.

I have been hung up on twice. Then it’s a busy signal. I am looking for packages I have sent my daughter. She is not getting her mail at: Brandy Renaud 4265 Moonstone Dr Eagan, MN 55122 Specifically tracking #94001362063943788316519. There isn’t a consistent driver & other occupants get their mail. Please figure this out so I don’t keep buying & sending packages to my daughter, only t to lose money. Thank you, Lynnette Renaud

Don't bother calling the above number. No one will answer. Rings forever and ends with a busy signal. So glad I get to drive 20 miles out of my way just to see if something is there. Nice job with basic customer service.

I have traced this package thru a tracking number #zLT954994239CN they say they tried to deliver yesterday but my tracking info is saying insufficient address. They are going to deliver again today. If it was insufficient yesterday then how are delivering today. I do know my address & I don't know why they are saying this.

I have any tons of problems with my mail box. Either the keys don't work or now they stuff it so full I can't get the key into it. Sick of it. Now back to the PO on Monday again to resolve this issue yet again about the box. I spend more time there than at home. I pick up my mail every day or try to when the key goes in. I guess I have to park my car and me in it to get my mail everyday. I know for a fact that I have an amazon book in the box. Really. Like its to big to put in there. What can I say its the government. Jan Dieter
