Today I put a letter in the mail box and had the flag up and the mail person just put my new mail in and did not take my out going mail. Very frustrating.

We live in the East River Parkway, Champlin neighborhood and haven't gotten mail this week. We suspect no one is coming with the road closures. Is this true? We have also check with a neighbor.

The staff and supervisor at the Champlin location are not helpful. I looked the website to find what times are available to get a passport for my daughter. I coordinated a time that she was not in school and that both my husband and I could take off work (as both parents need to be with) and your website stated the passport service was available. When we arrived at the post office we saw a sign that said you need appointments (it does not say this on your website - I can provide a screen shot if needed). The staff said they would not accommodate us as we didn't have an appointment. It was 1:10pm and I could see that there was an appointment available at 1:20pm. The supervisor said that she would not accommodate us because the clerk was not there. I asked her to show me on the website where it says you need an appointment. The supervisor gave me a piece of paper with database information and she also could not find where it says you need an appointment. As this went on I then realized the clerk that does passports was standing there the entire time and never said anything. I understand that we did not have an appointment - if the website would have said we needed one we would have made one. I would also understand if there were not available appointments that we could not have been helped. I don't understand why they wouldn't help us if there was a 1:20 empty appointment and it was only 1:10 why they did not accommodate us. Both the supervisor and passport clerk were extremely confrontational and seemed to be going out of their way to be unhelpful. It seemed they were having fun by making the situation difficult. The post office already has a bad reputation. Customers are trying to work around a very inconvenient situation as it is. Workers that seem to go out of their way to make the situation even more challenging does not help. I realize this feedback is going to go nowhere and those bad employees will continue as they are but please keep this in mind. We are a family working and going to school - trying to follow the rules and do what we are supposed to do and workers that actually make an effort to make the situation challenging is horrible. We were there at 1:10, there was an open appointment at 1:20, the clerk that does passports was standing right there and purposely did not say anything. Very unprofessional and - they should be doing their job.

Who decided what hours this place this going to be open? What sense does it make to be open 8:30 to 4:30 when the majority of the population work 9-5. Was this a decision to avoid helping as many people as possible? Some postal service clown decided to take the liberty of changing my mailing address without my permission or knowledge of them doing so and because my schedule clashes with the rediculous hours there is nothing i can do about it, im supposed to just never receive mail again?

Yes I have the same complaint! Even the ex-commie Eastern European states have changed their post office hours so that one could make it after 4 or 5pm!!!

Champlin has the rudest mail lady, and I refuse to do work with her and will be making a complaint..she is forgetting who is paying her wages and she is a federal employee and cant treat the people who butter her bread in this manner.. lighten up lady

I agree, I have paid extra for expedited shipping and have YET to get it in the 1-3 days it says.I sick of this I want a refund. You wonder why the post office is losing customers? Pony express could have made better time.I have watched my package several times and it leaves St Paul and sits in Champlin sometimes for days. Why don't you just call us and tell us to come and get it

Had my friend mail me a package using overnight shipping yesterday at 3 pm. It is now the next day, at 1 pm, and still my package is nowhere in site. I live 3 hours away, it would have been more cost effective just to have him drive here by this point. Glad I paid for a service I'm apparently not getting -.-
