Mailman has been delivering my mail for 4 years. I've always held my dog when he came. Today I saw him deliver the mail I went to go get the mail but apparently he pulled in the driveway. My dog ran up to him I immediately grabbed my dog and the mailman freaked on me. Even though I was trying to explain it was an accident and that I didn't hear him pull in the driveway. He swore at me, threatened to mace my dog and told me he won't deliver anymore packages to my house. I average 100+ deliveries a year for 18 years and this is the first time I've ever had anyone complain and this guy freaked out.

Anoka Post Office is doing a superlative job! My mail carrier,Dan has gone above and beyond after I lost my mailbox keys, and during a problem with the loss on my box Dan is to be commended!

I submitted an Authorization to Hold Mail form while out of town. My regular mailman was on vacation and the sub, after picking up and posting the form, chose to ignore it and bring my mail every day. I returned home last night to a mailbox stuffed with wet mail. My regular carrier returned to work today with the hold form and two pieces of standard mail. He apologized. He asked the sub about the hold and the sub just shrugged. I have attempted to call the local number for the Anoka post office to speak to a supervisor but apparently no one answers the phone there and the 800 number has no way to respond to this issue and so is worthless. It appears that I will need to address this in person. What a pain.

Have to buck the tide here and say I think the Anoka post office is great. The people are nice, our mail carrier is about the best ever (and I've lived a lot of places), and they're doing a good job in spite of the efforts of the sadly misnamed stinker Louis Dejoy to mess it up so his stock in UPS and FedEx will be worth more. Thank you, crappy previous administration! But REALLY thank you, Anoka post office, for excellent service for the ten years I've been here.

I would like to know who cleans the Anoka post office in Anoka on 7th Ave. I was just in there and the place looks filthy. Dead bugs all over on floor . Looks like dusting hasn't been done in a year. Dirty floors and mats. For a government building, it sure doesn't look respectful. I retired my cleaning business a year ago in March Someone needs to check this out. Thank you, Bev

MULTIPLE times a week we are getting our neighbors' mail--- different houses--- and we DO NOT receive our mail. Another neighbor walked our mail to our house today. We visit neighbors and ask if they got our packages or stuff....well guess what!?!?! Not everyone is honest and of course they say they didnt get our package or mail. WTH?? Youre a mailman. Deliver the mail to the right house for God's sake.

WHY IN THE HECK AM I NOT SEEING OR GETTING MAIL UNTIL 6:45pm IN SAINT FRANCIS !! considering whats going on in the world with this pandemic, im sorry but mail arriving at 6:45pm ! i find this inexcusable ! MAIL IS or SHOULD be not be haulted or slowed !! Seriously...... i support the USPS 100 PERCENT ! but really...... whats going on with the mail delivery in saint francis minnesota ? getting bills late by one day can or will push people to the point of saying @&"? ! now that bill will be paid late because not everyone has the ability to pay online ! so whos responsible for bills paid late, ya the person recieving bills in the mail, well thats unfair ! so get people hired, plenty of good honest people needing good jobs ! so tired of getting mail late and not getting or seeing it until later in the PM and dont see ot until the next AM in the box ! so in closing get some good honest hard working mail carriers in saint francis minnesota soon !!

My daughter received a birthday card in the mail today that had been torn open, taped, birthday money STOLEN and placed in a plastic bag with the following message: WE CARE Dear postal customer, We sincerely regret the damage to your mail during handling by the Postal Service. We hope this incident did not inconvenience you. We realize that your mail is important to you and that you have every right to expect it to be delivered in good condition. Although every effort is made to prevent damage to the mail, occasionally this will occur because of the great volume handled and the rapid processing methods which must be employed to assure the most expeditous distribution possible. We hope you understand. We assure you that we are constantly striving to improve our processes methods in order that even a rare occurrence may be eliminated. Please accept our apologies. Sincerely, Your postmaster How terrible do you have to be to steal money from a kids birthday card? then send a message like that....real nice

City carrier assistant JACOB BURK must be immediately TERMINATED for posting on social media that police officers "should be put on kill lists for people to take care of business." Disgraceful and a terrible reflection on all employees of USPS.

I am pretty disturbed to see a supposed employee of the USPS posting about killing cops on FB. A Jacob Burk says he is employed by you and is calling for the killing of cops. Not someone I would want delivering ANYTHING to me. This person is not mentally right. I have several family and friends who work for the postal service and I plan on passing this perso's post onto them as well.

I would like to know why nobody in the post office working was wearing a mask. Are government workers required now. And the line was out the door no social distancing and only about a little less than half the people were wearing masks. Aren't they required inside buildings especially government ones? I felt very disturbed that nothing was being regulated in that post office today. And two people with no masks were up right next to an older gentleman and there was nobody regulating anything. Please check into that and do what's right. Anoka post office

Masks are only for PERSONAL protection, not the protection of other people. If you think that anyone who wears a mask is going to protect you, you're sadly mistaken. Only YOU can protect you. But it does not matter anymore, because the whole Covid19 Crisis was a scam.

I put in a hold mail request on a Friday to hold my mail till Tuesday. My mail was actually delivered in Saturday. My mail carrier apologized for the error but advised me to call the post office. The man I spoke to there yelled at me and never apologized only offered excuses!! Now I know why the post office is in trouble!!! I had jewelry delivered. Who would have been responsible if it had gotten stolen????

The Andover p.o. is under the Anoka postmaster for some reason. Service has been awful for months, always a different carrier, sometimes as late as 8 pm. Worse yet, mail shown on dashboard as coming doesn't make it into my mailbox. The carrier has not delivered important bills twice in 2 weeks. The Andover po said that they are told to toss out mail that says pre-sorted, if the mail was somehow not delivered. Trouble is, some bills say that. They lost my visa bill. Now it's a utility bill that did not say pre-sorted. Make sure you check your dashboards! The late fees on these credit cards would be worse yet.

I have no complaints about the Anoka mail carriers. When I am outside when they deliver they always smile and wave.

Why in the world does a mail carrier feel the need to throw packages onto the step instead of bending over to place it onto the step? Also, why does the mail carrier feel the need to talk smack about the people who live in the homes they deliver to, they have NO idea the circumstances people have. Getting a Ring video doorbell was the best decision I ever made, now I can share these videos with the places I get packages from where the product inside is broken due to being thrown.
