ASK YOUR DELIVERY PERSON'S TO SLOW DOWN AND MAKE SURE THE RIGHT MAIL GOES INTO THE RIGHT BOX. There has been several times this past two weeks where important legal main has gone to another persons home instead of ours. and daily we keep getting the neighbors mail in our box

What a joke the USPS is in Albertville. A few weeks ago, I saw in Informed Delivery that I was receiving my new social security card. It was not in the mailbox that day nor any day for the next week. Finally, after a week, it was received in my mailbox all crumpled and wrinkled from what, I have no idea. Now, I have not received ANY mail for the last 3 days although my Informed Delivery shows over 12 pieces of mail including a new credit card and a new insurance card (YIKES) that should have been delivered. I've tried calling the post office numerous times today and it just rings and rings and then you get a busy signal. I wonder if I will ever get the mail. THIS IS VERY UNACCEPTABLE!

After reading other reviews, it is apparent that this particular post office and its employees are OK with lying about delivery attempts. I’ve been to the post office in Albertville on more than one occasion to file a complaint that the postal worker did not even make an attempt deliver certified mail or packages on more than one occasion and, would give some type of delivery exception for the reason they were unable to deliver. I’ve even watched the delivery person from my garage go to my mailbox on a day that I am expecting a package. When I go to the mailbox there is a notification saying they attempted to deliver my package. Obviously a blatant lie. Then today I get another notification from Amazon that the driver could not deliver because of an obstruction in my driveway or front door. I’ve had FedEx and UPS delivered today with no problem. It’s clear to me that the management at the Albertville USPS office does not care about customer complaints. As they clearly cover for one another.

was told due to the size of the box I had to ship it the most expensive shipping there was but was NOT told no insurance was included Total loss Not to mention product smashed. Total inappropriate conversation with someone who said they were there the day I shipped the package but was not the person at the counter Total inadequate and cost me $$$$$

For the second time in a year, the mail carrier decided there was not enough time to deliver my package and instead marked "delivery attempted - no access to delivery location". This on top of consistently getting my neighbors mail (including mail order prescriptions!), mail STUFFED in the box to the point I have to use force to pull it out (shipping boxes), and mail hanging out of the box (clothes in soft packaging) - I dread getting anything through USPS anymore. Thank goodness for Informed Delivery so I can keep an eye on packages and scanned mail!

You have a carrier that rushes through distributing mail. I've stood there and watched her at the mailboxes shoving mailing and I've gotten other peoples mail. We are in the 6300 block of Otsego, 55301. I've put the the mail into the correct box... BUT... This time has crossed the line. My mother sent a card to her grandson with money in it for his birthday. We never received it. I'm sure... actually willing to bet that this mail delivery person shoved it in another box... and they kept it or threw it away. TELL YOUR DELIVERY PERSON'S TO SLOW DOWN AND MAKE SURE THE RIGHT MAIL GOES INTO THE RIGHT BOX. OR ... I'll have to ask that mail like mentioned here is sent via another carrier.

One out of four packages get dropped in my neighbors' mailboxes. They circle the address and leave it in their mailbox. Then I get it like 3 days later. When my wife needs medication, this can be... problematic. At the very least my neighbor's should be paid a handling fee.

I would like to send a complaint in regards to one of the Albertville Post Office employees. She is currently pregnant and is quite possibly the rudest person I have ever worked with. I come into the post office 2-3 times a week and HATE going there when she is working. She is short, and just rude. I send multiple packages a week that are fragile and although I have told her that they are all fragile she never posts on them alerting others of the fragile nature and subsequently one of my packages was destroyed in the mail. But more than that she is just so rude. I understand she is pregnant and all but her customer service is awful.

I ship everything Fedex unless it's going to a PO box which Fedex cannot deliver to. I go to Fedex Office in Elk River or Maple Grove. Never had an issue with either.
