Mailman always come at 5.00pm or 530 sometimes not at all I went down to the post office and talk to the manager and he must have talk to the mailman because he was coming early and after about a week he went back to the same thing about coming so late when I call to complain its terrible that you can't call the office of if you want to go over his head you has to wait an hour or so just to talk to someone
I am inclined to concur with the previous post. The office doesn't answer the phone and the voice mailbox is consistently full.
I live in an apartment complex. The mail is a majority of the time placed in the wrong boxes of residents. I've lived here almost 4 years and have had a few small packages scanned as delivered to my box and were put in a different apartments box. On two of those occasions I've never received the parcels. They were from friends not companies so no recourse could be taken.
I'd advise that supervisors should talk with the mail carrier. This is completely unacceptable.
Why can't they answer the phone! All the voice mailboxes are full! Mail wasn't delivered yesterday and today a Mail Lady walks across my lawn by my front window so my dog barked. I got up and she was walking away not going to deliver my mail. I said hay is that my mail so she had to come back. I stated that "I didn't get my mail yesterday" She replied "There was only one small tray no one got anything". So I said "So it wasn't worth you delivering so you didn't deliver?" "For the whole city". What happened to taking a test for getting these jobs? Guess the Civil Servant Exam was discriminatory towards people with deficient common sense!
I've read many Posts about the Warren Post Office; However, Reinman Road always had "our Frank," and he always provided excellent service in our area. Frank, unfortunately, no longer delivers for our route.
TODAY we found a large box laying in the middle of the driveway. It was labeled FRAGILE!
Now, here's the story neighbors....my wonderful brother-in-law recently lost his Father. As a tribute to his Father, a Veteran, a flag was folded during the funeral, by two Military representatives, and given to him, as the eldest living family member.
The box that was thrown in the driveway contained a FLAG FRAME, sent by a cousin, to my brother-in-law. By-the-way, my loving brother-in-law, also a Veteran, served the Warren Police Department for over 20 years. If anyone had driven into the driveway, the box would've been crushed.
HOW LAZY, AND DISRESPECTFUL CAN THIS U.S.MAIL CARRIER BE? I know he/she had no idea of the content of the box, but there is a covered front porch where the box could have been placed, and the doorbell could have been rung. ðŸ‡ºðŸ‡¸️ðŸ˜–
Don't waste your time tryng to get any type of response from this location. It's absolutely the worst! I am a Government Federal emploee that works for TACOM (Army) and they treat me like dirt! All I wanted to do is have my held mail delivered 7 days earilier. I was on assignment at Fort Sill, Oklahima, helping to keep our nation safe. My assignment schedule had been shotened while I was gone. So I called this location to have my mail delivery restarted. After calling 6 seperate times, and after the phone rang approximately 9 times each time I called, I was disconnected? Then I phoned 3 more times from another phone, same results. One time I was connected to a recording that stated I could leave a message, but I couldn't because the message receiver was full and then I was disconnected. I did connect with an operator 1 time. She put me on hold for a half hour to get the manager. Once someone got back to me after a half hour wait we were disconnected?!?! Of course they didn't call me back. I then called them back, repeatedly, and no one would answer the phone? Whomever is the manager or manges this location should be fired! The only way to get service here is to go physically to this location. Good luck!!! If we army folks did our job like they do at this location our national security would be in jeapardy. This is not a joke.
I sold my house put a hold on the mail. My batch of mail had the hold card in it with the new owners mail. I took it back to Warrem Mound Post Office, they had us fill out a mail forward. 3 weeks later I get email that my hold mail is being sent to my sold address. I rush up to Mound Post Office. the Clerk LORI, heard my concern, took my Drivers license, told us to wait for her at the end of registers, reappears ringing up other customers. never came to tell us what was up with our mail. I hollers, what's going on and where is my ID. She pointed to a uninvolved clerk and said she will help us. A different clerk handed her my ID. SO LORI passed my ID around DID NOT follow thru with her services nor informed me of her abandonment of her helping me. TOssed my ID around, never checked on my mail, and LORI pushed off her work onto an employee who was Actually doing some work. RIDICULOUS, Idiots like this are who these idiots HIRE.
Why can't postal employees do their job? I just spent 30 minutes trying to get a certified letter redelivered. I couldn't do it on the website because the handwriting on the form is so sloppy I can't read it. So I tried calling the 188-275-877 number. No real person there either keeps asking for more information. I tried to call the Warren post office and at 4:20 all I get is a voicemail that no one is available. So frustrating. I'm held to high standards at my job and these government workers are suppose to work for us. That's a big joke the have to work first. I can't tell you how many times I've received mail for someone a few streets over. Makes me wonder if I'm getting all my mail.
Mail boxes are full and must call back later or the Warren, MI post office does not answer their phones. Transfer to operator results in call being terminated by the automated system. Very frustrating!!!!
This Post Office never answers its customer phone line; an automated-machine says gives the address listed on this website, notes that a an "agent" will take one's call soon, and then immediately transfers the to a supposed operator, after which one's call rings several times before it's hung-up on by the automated-system--- regardless of the citizen's concern and/or complaint. Just yesterday (on 7-30-15), an employee of the Warren Post Office says that their number changed a few months ago, although no one (not even an automated-system) answers that supposedly updated number; however, both this website and the United States Postal Service Consumer Affairs Office confirmed this number, which I acquired 2 years ago, as being correct. My specific complaints are that I have received other individuals mail (of which carriers refuse to return, the Warren Post office will not answer a phone call to deal with the issue of misaddressed personal mail or any other mailing issue, and just this past Monday, 7-27-15, I along with every other tenant in this apartment complex, received a letter from the US Postal Service (USPS), that as of tomorrow, Saturday, 8-01-15, a switch will be effectively made for mail delivery to go to an outdoor, Cluster Box Unit (CBU), which is a difficult task for an individual with a limited mobility disability issue, such as myself, and likely for seniors, of which i am not, to daily retrieve mail at the designated sites outlined in the letter from the USPS. i imagine that such a task will be even more difficult (and possibly harmful) in the approaching frigid, wintery climate (simply to obtain one's mail). The switch may prove to be more cost-effective and somewhat more accurate for the USPS and the already infamous Warren Post Office, but it will be a great disservice and daily inconvenience for many tenants, such as myself. Both the Warren (Michigan) Post Office and the USPS ought to be ashamed of themselves. Human needs are more important than expending less money and increasing ease for public service and/or corporate America! ~a disgusted citizen
