Why do you have phone numbers listed on USPS websites when you don't answer calls?

Complaint! I will never, ever participate in Shelby's P.O. Food Drives! I have put out Donations twice in obvious, highly visible and they have not been picked up by the Townships Lazy couriers!

never answers the phone and I have an issue with my mailbox, and I work so I just can't stroll in to discuss...voicemails always full...just ridiculous...

We usually have our mail by noon, 4:00 at the latest. It is 7 PM on a Tuesday, and our mail has still not been delivered. This happens at least once a month. So unprofessional, even suspicious at times, considering we have an uptick in identity theft in our area. Today, a mail truck has gone down our street 3 times - twice by the same employee - and still no mail was delivered. 1st time he went halfway up the street, turned around, and left. 2nd time he went down the street to each mailbox, opening it, waiting a moment, and then shutting it again (empty) before driving away. All while effing around on his cellphone. B.S. Stop hiring losers.

Mailed a letter to a resident of Shelby Township TWICE in 2 months, verified address. Carrier wrote Insufficient Address on it and sent it back. TWICE. I called USPS and they verified that the address is correct (it came from Stamps.com as well). Someone in this post office is refusing to deliver mail for some reason. And they spilled coffee on it the first time. What a mess. Zero stars.

A problem we have had for a few years. Mail is accepted at the Shelby Township location where it sits for 2-3 days. Then it finds it's way to Pontiac and finally back to Shelby Township - for a total of 7-8 days. We believe an employee at Shelby Township is rerouting our mail. This is especially true for packages. We have had other issues regarding mail delivery. It's shameful but our calls are ignored.

Sirs I received a notice that a Robert White's mail will be delivered to my address at 4550 Marcella. Robert white, James Blanton Does not live there. Jimmy L. Blanton And Emilia are the only one's we Live there. And we have a temp. change of address to 3288 E. Boquillas Dr. Kingman AZ till April 9 2021. We have not Been recieving our mail here in AZ, event though we have put two Temp. Changes of address till April. Please help. things are a mess.

Very Bad. Are Mail Boxes are addressed. But are Delivery personnel, do not deliver or but into other mail Boxes! 8510 A,B,C,and D We are missing are stimulus checks, plus mail has been opened. I am a Retired Federal Officer This is very inappropriate. Fix Please Ty

I had a package delivered on dec 29 while mail lady standing at my box i recieved a text my stuff was delivered in parcel box she told me she didnt scan no packages for me so what happen to my stuff she took my packages wtf is goin on what type of people you have workn for you very pissed cant get through office or nothing this sucks ass for real highly upset period

I have been waiting on packages to be delivered that are PRESENTLY AT THE POST OFFICE for 2 weeks. Now I’m finding out that MORE of my packages may be going there also... and I can’t get in touch with anyone to see what’s going on. I am too upset.

Am most upset with what has happened with my mail delivery. I am handicapped and have my mail delivered to my door. I have had a great delivery person, but all of a sudden I have been having problems. I ordered stamps over a week ago and have not received them as of today. Today I saw the mail truck go by, but did not stop at my condo. I had that was to be picked up by the carrier and that did not happen. I am still waiting for my stamps ordered over a week ago. Please bring Trisa back to my route as she is a real worker and does care about us people that are in need. I am most upset and need some help in this matter asap.

We in 48315 have grown disgusted by your inefficient ways. Sporadic mail delivery, vanishing packages and a tracking system that only a window licker would appreciate. Cliff Clavin and Newman portrayed inept, yet stereotypical, postal employees on TV, but you all make them a reality! Typical government run agency...lazy leadership, bloated cost overruns and no results. Shames on you people! You are a disgrace! Oh yeah...where the heck are my packages...UPS transferred then over to you on 27 Nov??? UPS moved them across 5 states in two days...you chumps can’t even move them in my own damn zip code.

I have not had any mail pickup or delivery to my address in Shelby Twp (48315) since Nov 27, and today is Dec 1, 2020. I've gone to the UPS website, and it says to go to the help page to complain, but when I do that, I get nothing "but Frequently Asked Questions". Then I've called the Shelby twp post office, and all I get is an answering machine and it says "leave a message", then it says the mailbox is full (so I can't leave a message). You have nothing on your website that explains why my mail is not being delivered, and you don't answer your phones, or monitor your message box. The most minimum competence would be to address these issues, even if there is a employee shortage, or whatever excuse you have. But then I'm sure that your salaries continue, no matter how poor your service to the public is (as always with anonymous bureaucrats who answer to no one).

Trying to track down my package that UPS sent to the Shelby Twp post office on 11/23. No updates since then, still no package, and no one answers at any of the phone numbers at the Shelby Twp post office. Very discouraged. Don't know why UPS would transfer their packages to the post office anyway.

Where's my mail again. I have two packages handed off to you from UPS one on 11/ 18 and the other on 11 / 24. Both are not here yet and in limbo at you office. On 11 / 27 we had no mail delivery to Vineyard ,Wakefield and Cornwall. I have had my mail delivered to the neighbors on a average about once a week. Ad's that are good for two weeks get here on the day that there over. This has been going on for over a year. I have had to come there to get packages that for some reason are not deliverable only to find that there's nothing wrong with the package or the mailing address and the person at the counter doesn't know why it was not delivered. There is no excuse for this many issues. I worked for a local city for 33 years and if there were this many issues with my work I would have been termanated. FIX IT !!!!!!

I have been mailing package from this location for over 20 years. Under new supervisor (Nancy I think here name is) I have had more mailed returned to me during the last year than all 20 years combined. This summer they had 3 substitute delivery pickups drivers when my normal diver took a vacation. 3 days no pickups. They encourage people to use click-n-ship but its worse than going there in person to mail it. 3 weeks ago I mailed an envelope to Idaho and they returned it me because when the substitute driver picked it up at my mail box. No one stamped the $4.00 of stamps on the package to postmark the pack so a week and a half later, Idaho put out an ALERT - ALERT because none cancelled the stamps. The current supervisor should be put behind the wheel and get her out of the office. HORRIBLE SERVICE> DON'T VOTE BY MAIL UTICA !!!

Is delivery every other day now??

What is going on with the delivery of mail in this area. There have been NO deliveries over the last 3 or 4 days. I eventually had to take my outgoing mail to the post office. What did you do, lay off all your postal carriers?

I have had a package sitting there for 21 days! I have paid for my package but I can't get it! What recourse do we have? I call and the message says the voicemail box is full!

Extremely horrible delivery service. Packages being held for over a month. Items no longer good to me after waiting for long delivery times. I paid extra fees to get a timely delivery and still 1 month later have not received items. Disappointing!!!!!!

I ordered 3 packs from amazon and I am waiting for those .... but there says that there are delivered in January 16 But still they didn’t come yet in my house and then there says package was left in a parcel locker So where it’s this Parcel Locker ? Where can I find my things 😡

This is the worst post office ever! Their deliveries are always late, and the personnel are mostly lazy and rude, especially the manager. Plus, their phone is rarely answered, and you get sent to voice mail, only to hear that the mailbox is full....then the phone disconnects!!!

NO mail delivered, or picked up, to a BUISNESS!! Jan 16th and 17th!! Why?? We are awaiting important paperwork and no mail at all in our Industrial Sub-Division...why is this happening????

Very Bad Service. We had our mail forwarded but that did not happen. I called because it was not being forwarded and was told it would be taken care of. I put a big note in my mailbox telling the postal person to forward the mail and I have just been informed by a neighbor that my mail person has been stuffing mail in by mail box. This USPS office located in Shelby Township, Michigan (22 mile road) does a good job generally speaking. Lately though, pre-paid, on-line postage paid packages are not being scanned upon check-in nor uploaded for tracking information purposes. So, if a recipient of a package clicks on a tracking number, they see that the shipper has printed postage, but hasn't necessarily taken the package to the USPS. This is causing a lot of problems for people who sell items via the internet. Sellers are graded by how quickly they ship and search engines accommodate Sellers with good track records. If a Seller has bought and paid for shipping, and has deposited the package at the USPS,,,,it is the job of the USPS to upload that information on time. This has happened multiple times at this USPS location. For instance, I deposited packages yesterday (7-17-2017) at this USPS location...it is now 7-18-2017, more than 24 hours later, and the tracking number does not show the packages ever being checked in. This is a situation that could lead internet sellers to seek alternative shipping carriers.

Mailed a card to my granddaughter on April24, 2017 at the post office on Hall Rd. It was going to a sterling Hgts address and yo this date has not arrived. This was mailed on 20 mile rd. and going to 18 mile rd. What is going on with the service. Also, mailed another card to a neighbor back before Easter and it only arrived this week. Poor service and lack of concern for users. No wonder this post office service is going done hill....

Yesterday between 8:30 and 9:00 pm I was going north on Ryan Road. A mail truck turned off of Auburn Road in front of me. It did not have its lights on. It did finally turn its lights on. Then it swerved over the middle line 4 times. Next it put on its left turn signal but then turned right into a business. I wondered if the driver was sober. This happened on Monday February 6.

Came home Thursday night and a package was rubber banded to the outside of my mailbox, W T F. I was really pissed, a gift for my wife, $200.purfume

We are a large company and we never know when our mail is going to be delivered. Sometimes it isn't in the mail box when we leave at 5:30 p.m. We are so afraid that mail is going to be stolen from our mailbox when we leave for the night and don't have a chance to pick it up until the next morning. Isn't there something that can be done to assure that we will receive mail during "business hours"?
